I've had them delivered many times to my house and always been good till today. Ordered a supreme and a half pepperoni half sausage. The vegetables on the supreme were burnt and seemed like some were missing and way to much sauce on it. I hope if I order again I won't get another pizza like that or it'll be the last time I order there

Not only messing up my order of wings I asked for bone in they gave me boneless but giving me a pizza that toppings were sad and scarce not to mention missing some of the toppings they offer on the supreme and it looks like someone took a bite out of our pizza and threw the slice back in the box! Never again! Very disappointed.

The other day I paid for a delivery order with my card and then gave cash for the tip. I look at my bank account the next day and that order is $6 more than what I had thought. When I went to talk to the manager, Craig, he found the receipt with a forged signature and tip. When I asked what he could do for me he said I would have to go deal with it through my bank and that, he'll take care of it. I once worked at this location and Craig was a manager when I was there. The driver that delivered our pizza forgot to have us sign our receipt since we paid with a card but tipped with cash. What he did to fix it was add a rather large tip of his own and forge the signature. When we noticed this and went in to speak with the manager, Craig, he told us that he would not give us a refund and that he would, "take care of it," but that we would have to go talk to our bank. So apparently the management here is cool with drivers committing fraud and stealing from you with no consequences or actions to right the mistake. I would be leary to order from this location, especially delivery, again. Terrible customer service.

Just ordered 2 meat lovers on line. Went to pick up and one of them is all cheese, no meat? I said that's not mine I ordered all meat lovers, she showed me my ticket and I must of accidentally took all the meat off one. Bottom line is who orders a meat lovers and takes all the meat off? Secondly, I typed my number in when I ordered, call me and ask!
