Sakura Hibachi & Sushi Grill

We have been eating at Sakura‘s for several years, and the food has always been very good. This is the first time we have been disappointed. We had purchased chicken fried rice for my grandson who’s 2-1/2. He loves rice. His first serving was great. His second serving had a long black hair in it. Needless to say, we had to throw it out. Our family are all blonde so we know it didn’t come from us. I would suggest your employees wear hairnets.

- Food was a bit saltier than we expected
- The Teppan was so nice and friendly
- A bit loud so its hard to talk to each other.
- General cleanliness is good

The food was really disappointing. The steak wasn’t cooked properly, the vegetables were mushy, and everything lacked flavor. It felt like they didn’t use any seasoning at all. The rice tasted like it came straight from a microwave bag.

Staff was great, atmosphere pleasant, food was good.

I love their food I get it as often as possible it always tastes amazing!

Every time I get the chicken teriyaki here to-go recently, the plate is all rice with 1/4-1/3 cup of chicken. It’s a rip off consistently for $15 and they have officially lost my business.
