I would say this is my favorite Sam’s store the employees offer to help there customers. We have been Sam’s Club members for 11 years! I high recommend the Wentzville Sam’s Club location.

We ordered a game system last night and they canceled our order when they have 7 in stock in the back. Saving it for Black Friday or something. You can’t do that. We bought it. Absolutely ridiculous

I thank all the workers at Sam’s, but I would like corporate to look into what Costco is doing to protect the shoppers and workers at this time. Costco seems to be going above and beyond which is wonderful to see at this time. They have plexiglass up at registers. Every other register closed for distancing. Workers wiping down freezer and refrigerator doors every min. Each cart being wiped down and given to the shopper. Only so many shoppers allowed in at a time thus no long lines at check out. Distancing tape on the floors. Limits on popular items to ensure enough for all. Contactless receipt check at door. Just suggestions during this uncertain time. I will say I do absolutely love Sams scan and go app so you skip the check out lines completely! Thanks!!!

I have a hard time comprehending taking multiple phone calls, having over 35 minutes to talk to 1 person for 10 seconds to get put on hold for someone in Tire/Battery. Shame on the Management for not having enough staff for basic customer service in and out of the store. Great way to push customers away!
