Drinks and service are always great. I would not recommend the food options. The bacon gouda is one of my favorite choices from Starbucks. I'll get the sandwich from other locations, but this location usually overheats it, resulting in chewy bread and rubbery egg/ cheese.

This was first time going to this location but i needed a pick me up after my meetings. It was busy but there was a new girl there, i think Savannah and she was just so pleasant. She interacted very well and polite. Even the people waiting she was making sure everyone was taken care of. This for sure will be another regular stop!

They shove a card reader in your face at the drive thru to try and get a tip, then you receive a latte that doesn’t even taste good.

I sat inside for over 20 mins before they took my order they was more focus on drive thru than the people in here! A than I waited another 30 mins for my stuff an it was wrong the lady that took my order was huffing puffing! The whole time she must hate her job I don’t know why she work at a coffee shop where it’s full of sunshine an rainbows

Sandwich was cold in the middle, and we waited 17 minutes for a plain latte. It was crowded and noisy, couldn't hear them call our name for our coffee. The drive-thru had priority over walk-in customers. The coffee was good and hot, not sure 17 minutes worth good, though.
I can notice this Starbucks is improving! In my experience, going through the DT or going in results in my drink being accurate. It seems like when I order mobile, my drinks are wrong most of the time. But over the last few months I’ve notched that they’re getting a lot better! Also, the people have been super nice and welcoming. The people in DT always make me smile :)
