The slowest Starbucks I've been to. I ordered online for pickup and arrived 20 min after I order. I had to stand in the store and wait for about 20 min before my order was ready. Absolutely ridiculous.

I always order mobile and they are usually great with getting it done in a timely manner. This location is just NEVER consistent with drinks. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso yesterday afternoon and it was AMAZING. Got the same thing this morning and it tastes completely different, barely any sweetener. A couple weeks back when I went in I had to ask for extra sweetener because they didn’t put as much in as the drink requires. The barista told me it’s because they aren’t doing 2 full pumps anymore and instead are doing 4 half pumps?? Now I order an extra pump but it still tastes like it needs sweetener. When I can, I usually go to the LSL Starbucks because they are so much more consistent but this location is closer to my work. Please fix this, especially when a drink is $7. 🙏

Drinks and service are always great. I would not recommend the food options. The bacon gouda is one of my favorite choices from Starbucks. I'll get the sandwich from other locations, but this location usually overheats it, resulting in chewy bread and rubbery egg/ cheese.
