went to starbucks on our way out for some cake pops and a frappe. the girl taking our order, addy. she has very long dirty blonde hair and is about 5’2. she was extremely rude, monotone and just overall looked so miserable being there. i asked if a venti or grande was bigger bc i didn’t know? she responds snarky and says “ventiiii” but rudely. she then proceeded to give an attitude when i asked about paying with my app. she also gave an attitude when i asked for my frappe and was like “um we don’t have whip cream” like okay? can u maybe say it nicer? but the girl who made my drink with black hair and piercings made my drink super speedy and called it out nicely. i appreciate that she picked up the slack from her coworker bc i would’ve left more pissed if she was rude too.

I had to go to wentzville target today & stopped to grab a coffee for my wife, the 2 women there were so so kind, fast & complementary. I hardly have anything good to say about service anywhere anymore, but I was shocked in a good way. I will be coming to this specific Starbucks in target. Thank you ladies.

Nearly every single time I order at this location I have to wait about 30 minutes or so past the time the mobile app says my order will be ready. Why? Because they mark it as ready well before they put it on the counter. This is incredibly frustrating, as I’m a busy person and only order food/drinks while out when I’m on a time crunch. What makes it even more frustrating is they make the food before the drink, meaning sometimes I get the food right away but don’t get the drink for 30 more minutes. By that time my food is cold. I’m not to stand there and eat my food while I wait in line for my drink. No other location I’ve been to does this consistently. I’m going to start avoiding this location solely because of this. Unfortunate, as some of the baristas seem pretty nice.

The batista talked to much when he was making my drink about topic of a podcast that he was listening to when working with air pods in his ears. Which I found nothing to do with my service happening at that point. Just very unprofessional

You wait in line for 20 minutes only to get to the counter and the espresso machine is down. All they have hot is hot chocolate and reg brewed coffee...could have used a heads up sign.
