refuses to update their current operating hours on apple maps when a manager can easily do so, when called to ask if they could update them some girl called "jessica" was super rude, kept calling me "mam" and when I ask who I could complain too about it she said her, when I asked who I could complain to about her attitude she said the owner, when I asked her for the owners number she said 1-800-Click-Biťćĥ
since most of the Steak and Shakes have been run out of business by bad management and worse employees I was excited to try this location in Wentzville the wait was short the food was incredible but whoever the Pentecostalookingl girl was working in the Drive-Thru I couldn't tell if she was severely depressed angry or about to have a nervous breakdown somebody needs to give that girl a hug
Went through the drive thru this evening, first time in a long while, food was excellent, everything was perfect, fries were hot, cheeseburgers were made exactly how we ordered them. I will be going back soon.
