Steak N’ Shake is good, this Steak N’ Shake is GREAT. I’ve been eating SNS since college and have had it all around the country from Ohio to Florida to Colorado; this is the best SNS I’ve ever been too. The burger was PERFECT. The fries PERFECT. The shake PERFECT. The kitchen was clean. The staff was friendly. Lots of parking. I absolutely recommend this location! It’s no kidding, the best.

I went there for lunch with my daughter. We had burgers and fries. The service and food were great. The manager came around asking patrons if they needed anything. nice guy. Personally, I like the kiosk system.

Appalling treatment by the staff. If you’re white, just know they will mistreat you and you will be ignored. Food was good, but it’s a disappointing feeling when you’re kind to people and thank them and they just give you a nasty look and walk away. This happened twice with two different people.

Manager yelling at employees the whole time we were there! Which wasnt what we wanted to listen to while eating! The food as expected. Wont be back also no personal service kiosk for ordering.

When is the last time anyone check the dining room. Gotta check out at an impersonal kiosk and clean your own table as ALL were dirty. Owner must be trying to gain profit by cutting staff. They then bring your food up to their counter and call tour name over loud speaker. You have killed what the original concept for Steak n Shake was.
It was a wild visit. The cooks and staff were all friendly and efficient but the entire time we were there, Jasmine, the manager was literally screaming at or threatening the other employees loudly from the kitchen so that everyone inside could hear everything. She was shouting things like “this is the worst and most disgusting place I have ever worked”, “do your own job, I’m not paid to keep up with your work, yet that’s all I’m doing”, “if I catch a single person taking a break I will write everyone up”, and so much more. It was honestly impressive that everyone working with her did not just walk out and leave. It was 2pm on a Saturday with 3 groups dining in.. there was hardly a reason to be screaming, let alone threatening anyone. When we were ordering, another customer was waiting for part of his order to be resolved and when a cook stated the manager was working on it for him, he actually stated “please no. She just yelled at me for asking for frisco sauce so I would rather her not touch my food.” All of the other employees did a great job in such an uncomfortable situation and were very friendly with everyone trying to have lunch. They deserve a raise.. and some peace.

I'm sorry but the magic that steaknshake once had is gone, it has lost what made it special, from ordering on a kiosk that doesn't allow you to dress your food up like you once could to employee's looking through you when you need assistance, it has something of a antiseptic feel.

Just paid 90 dollars, got locked out 5 hours before closing putting something in my car. One of the exit doors were locked on the way out, fire hazard.
