Only me and one other car in line. And took 15 minutes from getting my receipt to get my food. Got the order wrong and found a hair in my food. Would not recommend this location at all!!

Allen was very welcoming upon our entry. He helped us order on the kiosk since it was our first time using it. He helped us every step of our visit and was very engaging. He made our visit well worth it! The Tallo fries did not disappoint either! So glad they made the switch to a healthier oil!

This place is actually nasty. I’ve seen a lot of gross bathrooms but this beats them all. The lock on the disabled stall doesn’t even have a lock. The entry way to the place smells like must, and the food is always extremely late… like I waited over 40 minutes last time and 30 minutes today, AND the portions are really bad.
This is the last time I try Steak n Shake.

We called the manager chase after we placed our order and told him no salt we received the order and it was extra salt We received our food the food was soggy and the fries was salted and terrible the both sweet teas was soured rancid we called the manager back and told him all he said was he was sorry after this experience I may never eat and steak n shake terrible experience food was awful! And there was no tape or tamper seals on the drinks we threw everything away
Horrific.. 3/22 about 515 pm wife and I waited 15 min in drive through and were rewarded 4 hours later with food poisoning, violently vomiting on side of I-64. Worst I've ever experienced

Placed an order inside and went to get a drink and the soda was coming out extremely flat. Told the "manager" who was there that the soda was off and he pretty much said the carbonation element was broken and it was his first day and he didn't know anything else about it. As we sat and waited for our food, we watched multiple people come in from the drive thru and complain about their drinks as well as people inside. They never once told people that it was broken and just kept selling drinks like nothing was wrong. The manager told everyone the same story. I watched him walk around the whole time I was there and he looked completely clueless. How about, I don't know, put a sign up telling people the carbonation drinks weren't working? Tell the person taking orders to offer an alternative? Absolutely amazing that they just sat there and watched it happen. Will not be coming back.

Went into the drive thru while they where supposed to be open, sat there for 10 minutes, pulled around and tried to go in but doors where locked. Re-checked hours and said open until midnight, went back to drive thru while writing this and never got any service. Sad to say that while I love Steak ‘n Shake I can see why they are all closing down. Wont be attempting to order there anymore.
