Number 1 food was Delicious for me I got a rap with rotisserie chicken and Bacon with lettuce pickle,Onion. Number two. The service was okay. The person switched between the food a lot. So if you have allergies you might want to say it so they change their gloves Number three. the inside was nice. I think they redid it .it wasn't the best. But let's see next time I go.

bought a philly footlong online for $6.99. i can tell this sandwich is super light. shrinkflation BIG TIME. i open it up, and its nothing but bland meat and their cheese sauce. 4 slivers of soggy, ungrilled green pepper, and zero onions. what is a philly steak without these vegetables? i called the pathetic employee. he didnt care at all when i said, its worthless, im just going to throw it away. he said "ok" and waited for me to hang up lol. i will never go to this store again. keep the money you stole, your sandwich was PATHETIC and not even worth the $7, let alone the $12 regular price! all subways should be out of business. they cant compete any more.

Nice place to eat at and we dined in and I was with my family . The staff is nice ? and helpful but barely speak to the customer and the bathrooms ? need a bit more cleaning but besides that , it was a very enjoyable dining experience and my sandwich ? was good and my family’s sandwiches ? ? look ? good also . Thanks for a very nice enjoyable dining experience. ??. I do recommend this place and you should check it out for yourself
The store manager charged me twice for my order. She said she didn’t. I showed her my account and she said oh I don’t know come back Monday to see if it clears. It did not. I came back and she said there’s nothing she can do. Terrible service dishonestly, and rude. I work across the street and come fairly often and have never had this happen. The fact that she refused to make it right shows how they treat their customers. Don’t eat here.

Placed a mobile order, they were busy. Not a problem, I was happy to wait for my order. Worker came out to my vehicle (with his gloves on) to let me know he was busy and it would be another 5 minutes. Like I said not a problem. 5 minutes go by he brings my food out. Me knowing he didn’t change his gloves after touching door/door handle asked him if he changed his gloves before he reached into the meat and cheese and toppings for my sandwich. He replied “no I didn’t, is that a problem”. Yes it is. It’s very unsanitary. The purpose of gloves when preparing food is to prevent cross contamination. Not just to keep your hands clean while preparing food.

The sandwich was so over salted. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that should have been at least warm, but tasted very cold with each bite.
This was the worst and most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. I will be telling everyone in Wentzville about how this ruined my dinner. As you can see, the sauce here is orange and creamy, not at all honey mustard like it’s supposed to be. The sauce is also spicy, not sweet. To prove a point, I was given the sauce below, and pushed to accept that this is honey mustard when it very clearly isn’t. I was able to do an exchange for a plain sandwich after forcing the employee to be held accountable for their mistake. It’s my third terrible and I do mean TERRIBLE experience with this location. Never again. And for anyone that may be contemplating it, DON’T go here.

The poor guy has a line out the door and he is doing it all by himself!! A round of applause!!I left him a 20% tip with a card and I would like for Him alone to get this tip. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!
