I ordered a Salad from their online menu, the employee, Bradly, said they did not have it. So I asked if they could make it... He said they could make it as the sandwich. I said I want a salad. He then proceeded to talk down to me about the difference between a salad and a sandwich. I told him I was 37 years old and know the difference between a salad and a sandwich. He finally made the salad I was requesting even after saying they do not have it..... The store was dirty, he was rude. When finally getting the food. I found a whole half piece of meat (salami) on the salad (it was supposed to have a ton of meat). REALLY!! NEVER AGAIN. Bradly you need to be fired. I hope someone who runs this store reads this.

Would give a ZERO star if I could. First of all, my online order was made completely incorrectly. 2 vegetables were missing from my sandwich, I did not get oil or vinegar, salt pepper, or my sandwich toasted like I asked. No extra lettuce. Just mayo and lettuce slapped together. I called up and spoke to Jared the “manager” and he insisted on pulling up cameras saying I was lying about my food being incorrect. I offered to come bring the entire sandwich up untouched and he refused saying he was not going to help me in any manor. Very rude and condisending attitude, would not help me in any way and denied me from speaking to the general manager or giving me any franchise information. Used to come here 3/4 times a week I will never come to this location again. A total rip off and horrible customer service!!!!!

It's an above average Subway. Clean and the sandwich-makers are pleasant. The vegetables are fresh. The bread is baked on site. Great for a quick meal. The softdrink fountain is customer accessible. Free refills.

Have had issues with every single order I've ever made at this restaurant. Don't know why I kept going back, but I'm done. Their attitude stinks when the problems are ones they've created by their incompetence. They don't care at all. Don't bother giving them your money.

Subway puts interesting ads on TV for specials. This location doesn't honor most specials even though the website says they are a participating location. And the employees vociferously let you know they know nothing about the ads (or the website.) Many Subway locations are the same in this regard.

This location has a consistent issue with skimping and messing up online orders so I've made it a habit to double check before leaving. This isn't my first time having to go back in after being displeased with the service. This time tho they decided they weren't going to correct the order because they "are confident it's the right amount." I paid $3 for DOUBLE protein. Does the picture look like DOUBLE protein to you?
Will be making my complaints then determining if I'll be returning to a Subway from there.

I placed an order online for two sandwiches, When I picked it up all the toppings were on the wrong sandwich and the other one had absolutely nothing on it. i called and asked for a refund and was told i was going to have to “wait until the manager got there”. i opened my sandwich to see this. this is now the second time an order has been messed up by this location.

I have not been to Subway in years. When paying, the terminal gave me an option to tip. I hit no tip, and the employee huffed. Is it a thing now to pay an extra 3 bucks for my sandwich? For the cost difference I will just go to Jimmy John's next time.

Wish i could post a photo. If your store hours say you're open until 9 pm, then your doors stay open until 9 pm. Like the employees of this location ADMITTED to me that they closed the doors at 830 to go theough closing when i knocked on the door at 8:45. Then your hours should read 8:30, but by their logic they would then lock up at 8. Its assenine. And disgusting. Subway you lost business in that 15 minutes, and were paying your employees. Bad investment subway.
