Me and my boyfriend have given this location a shot a couple times together. The first time was New Years Eve. Everyone was fairly nice but he bit into a sauce cup lid that was wrapped in his burrito. The second time was today. We ordered the new luxe boxes with the queso crunchwrap sliders on the app to pick up at the drive through. We got to the window to check in and were told that they didn’t have the queso sliders. The lady at the speaker was seemingly annoyed when we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu to see what else to order and made us feel rushed. She then said she couldn’t cancel the original order ($21) and said we’d have to do it through the app. I have tried numerous times to use the contact us section on the app and website to get a refund, and it sends you on a loop with no actual contact us form or menu. We then got to the second window where I was going to mention this to the staff to see if we could resolve it and the guy handing us the food had the WORST attitude. He handed my boyfriend the food while giving him a glare and rolling his eyes. My boyfriend, despite the experience, nicely told him to have a good day and the worker rolled his eyes again and slammed the window shut. I’ve worked customer service and some days suck, but this is one of the worst displays of customer service we have received and of course we still had items missing from the order.

I ordered through the drive thru and when I asked for a drink holder he gave me an attitude. Then when I drove home and started to eat they did not give me my chicken. Casadea. When I called up to them whoever answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I will never frequent this restaurant again.

This place went to crap! There always slow! They got co workers screaming a cussing, they are rude all the time at night it the worst! I sat in there drive thru for 30 mins! That’s crazy, my food always nasty! I just want a refund. I probably won’t come back to this place!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. For one, they wouldn’t let us do two separate orders. For 2, I was listening to music in the drive through and a worker came out and YELLED at me to turn it down.

Trash. This Tacobell sucks. No idea why I keep giving it a chance. Just went there tonight and got home and the tacos were wet and smashed. Mexican pizza wasnt cooked all the way and tasted like crap. No idea how you can mess up fast food. I wont be giving this place another chance.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews as I believe people are human and mistakes happen, however, we have given this location multiple chances and every single time, we end up with missing food. Every time. I feel part of the issues is due to it being more difficult to keep track of the $5, $7, and $9 box items due to no longer putting the food in boxes like they used to. But regardless, they need to make sure all the items are accounted for. I shouldn’t need to sit and waste peoples time while I’m at the window searching through my bag to make sure I got everything. That’s part of the job and what they get paid for. This location is the absolute worst at this. I’m not going to say I’ll never be back, but I absolutely will choose another location for a while. Do better.

Normally I don’t complain about workers (since you never know what is going on in their life) but the man talking to us through the speaker was very rude and was super mean to my friend after she tried to order. He told her that we couldn’t do our pick up order at the same time which is fine if he wasn’t rude about it. He then told us we can go to the back of the line if we wanted to pick up or mobile order as well. Which at this point we had already been in the drive through line for 45 minutes and there was now a line of cars behind us.

Me and my mom put a mobile order up 3 minutes before pulling up and waited ten minutes inside because the employee left the food and drinks in the bag not on the pick up counter but in the back with them and only put it up whenever I went up and had to ask about our food
jus went up there to get some food….. the mobile order was acting up but i thought i had put the right stuff in bc that’s what it showed me i ordered…. i get there and get my stuff and they were about to give me 3 baja blast freezes when i ordered 3 normal ones….. i get home and all the food is wrong so i can up and tell them about two of the things that were messed up….. literally two tacos that had two things on them…. and they were refusing to have them remade even tho they would have been the easiest fixs and then it wouldn’t have leaded to a 1 star review. both “managers” i talked to were completely rude about it making it seem like it was completely my fault when last time i checked the saying is customer is always right? i wasn’t even being rude until the first girl (andrea) started coping an attitude. then as im asking her not to speak to me like that and was mid conversation she handed the phone off to someone else…. didn’t even tell me just rudely took the phone away from her ear. then i tried talking to the other girl and i thought she was going to be calmer then the last girl but then she started getting rude with me when i was simply telling her what was messed up. so i just simply hung up bc how dare you even speak to the customer that way…. ive been in customer service for a long time and ive never spoke to a customer that way…. i have always been told to just remake the food how they want it…. and they weren’t even busy so it definitely wouldn’t have been that much of a hassle to put potatoes and cheese on one taco and cheese and meat on the other….

No! This place shouldn't even be open. Every time I've been there, it's been a disaster. They either mess up your order or lose it, and DoorDash has had to wait an extra 30 minutes multiple times because of them. The last straw was over the weekend when they had more employees changing a tire in the parking lot than they had working, and they closed 2 hours early… we had to sit there in line for 25 minutes only to find out that they were closing early for some reason. I will never go back.
