They got my order wrong. I ordered a stacker with chicken and paid more for it but still got beef. There was a Taco Bell Quality Control representative there that greeted me upon entry and the servers still got it wrong ?

Literally just left this restaurant, they have had a hard time with getting orders correct but that’s been handled better recently, today I placed and order on their app at 9:45 for breakfast, I got there and waited 30 minuets in the drive thru to get to the ordering speaker, I told them I had a mobile order and gave them my name, they looked at my order and tell me “sorry, we are all out of breakfast food” when pressed I was just told sorry. So I drove to the window and was told by the young lady there that she had only been there a week and had no clue how to get a refund. I park and come inside and the manager just tells me to look at the app and call the number there and they will take care of it. No apology, no offer to help me make another order or to give me food of equal value, that was it. The kicker? The number online leads to a line that says they are closed until Monday at 11. So I’m stuck with a bill for food I never got and an experience I won’t soon forget from an incompetent and unhelpful staff. Seriously, I’m not expecting 5 star dining service from Taco Bell, but this is insane. This store needs some serious help

Slowest Taco Bell around, they also ALWAYS forget to put napkins, sauce and straws in the bag. I’ve been sitting in the drive through line stuck for 20 minutes and now I’m late for work. This is not fast food at all

I ordered at the drive-thru. In the middle of ordering I was asked "Is that all?". I said "No, I just need a sec." After literally waiting a second I was asked again "Is that all?". After saying no again I just rushed through my order and ended up forgetting the rest or it. Upon getting to the window I was met with the same hurried along attitude. I wasn't asked if I wanted sauce and didn't receive napkins. Thank you for the poor customer service.

Entered Taco Bell Wentzville location, an employee disclosed to me, they no longer take orders, got to place orders in person on there kiosk, which they have to offer in store. They're priorities are door dash! Therefore, I placed order on kiosk, took me 25 minutes for 1 Taco!

We ordered on the mobile app and it had some problems. We called the store and they told us to come down and they would take care of us. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation thanks guys!Dietary restrictions: Love the veggie options I wish more fast food had this!Parking: Good location- plenty of spaces, drive through does contend with Waffle House but like it’s Waffle House so not a lot of trafficKid-friendliness: Booth seating, kids like nachos and tacos, staff is friendly and patient with the little ones haha

I arrived at 9:02 to get in the drive thru line and wait for my turn, it wasn't until 9:45 that I was finally able to order my food, mind that there were only 4 people in front of me, after I had ordered it somehow took them another 9 minutes to make a Mexican pizza and a crunch wrap

Went to the drive-thru around 3pm. Took over 20 minutes to even order with only 2 other cars in front of me. Get to the window and the old man working headset was very rude and openly yelling/complaining about customers. Sat at the window for another 10minutes just for the employee to run my card and give me my bag of food that was just sitting there on the counter the entire time. All I got was a 5 layer burrito and a bad of chips. Cold nasty food. Terrible staff.

At time of posting, 11:16 PM on march 15th 2024. It says on the website that they are open until 2 am on a friday night. My fiance just returned home, where someone who was IN THE WINDOW, looked at her and told her "we're closed". If it says you're open until 2 am, then be open until 2 am. Or turn off the lights and leave. And for the record, im posting because this is not the first, second, or even third time this has happened. This is the fourth. Worst tacobell within 20 miles. Bunch of entitled potheads that that 15 bucks and hour but don't want to work.

Showed up just before 11pm, after work. Drive thru worker stated they were closed. Even tho they are supposed to be open. Then had a worker in a green jeep try and block me in the drive thru lane. Attempting to prevent other customers from coming to order. This store always had terrible customer service. Doesn’t seem to ever change.

You can count on getting home and NOT getting what you paid for, everytime. No issues getting what I paid for after driving back up there the next morning.
