The service was excellent 👌 The food was perfect. We both had the sirloin steaks and they were awesome. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Very tasty.

This should be a 0!!!! Terrible customer service. My wife and I went in on 01/02/2025, once we were texted. There was a couple in front of us and when they were taken to their seats we stepped up to the stand. Both GRACELYN and the other girl looked at us and then the other girl took the couple that came in behind us, for a table of 2, and sat them. Gracelyn then rudely said how many? I said 2 and you just texted us. She placed a ticket on the stand and then looked back at the screen. I said " that was rude they were taken before us"!! Gracelyn did not bother to look up, address me and/or apologize. My wife and I left figuring the rest of the service will be just as bad. We usually eat at Texas Roadhouse 2-3 times a month. Not the first time we had bad food/service at the Wentzville location. Shame on us for trying to continue to eat local. We will now drive to O'Fallon and eat at Longhorn where the service and food is way better. Thank you for showing us the error in our ways. We will not be back!!!

We placed an online order and none of our meals came with any sides. I called and was pretty much told that there is nothing they can do for us. $100 plus dollar meal and the manger was like sorry I can’t help. Amazing that an error happens and the manger would not make it right. We will never dine there again, spend our money elsewhere where.

They cooked my steak wrong, I asked for well done and it looked almost raw. And my mac and cheese tasted rubbery. The best part of my meal was just my loaded mashed potatoes.

Absolutely great service great food in a really good atmosphere. It can get a little bit loud because of all the people but that's because they're so good, so many people want to eat there. I would disagree saying their appetizers are small if you order the onion blossom that thing is huge, definitely enough to feed 3 people. To me an appetizer should not be extremely large, it's just the appetizer. I would only order an appetizer for a meal if I wasn't very hungry. Anyway Texas Roadhouse is awesome steaks are great everything's great. This will always be somewhere me and my wifey on a regular basis as long as they're in business.
Music was a little loud . Our food was delicious .
Mason was out server . He was excellent , great manners and everything was served in a timely manner .

Food was incredibly undercooked, every steak at our table. The server didn't really know how to handle the entire table of steak dinners being incorrect. Took most to go and had to cook it again at home. This steak was ordered medium rare, served very rare. This image is AFTER 10 minutes in the airfryer at home. It's starting to seem as if this location has went downhill recently.

When l tell you the service was great. I mean, it was totally good. Our server was awesome and attentive. I think her name was Susan. She was spot on and expedited our drink and food delivery. Hot foods hot and cold foods cold...YAY!!!
We used our military meal vouchers but ordered an appetizer and tipped her as if we were to pay for the full cost. She was obviously happy, seemed surprised, and was very much worth it. 🫶🏾
