1st time coming to this location extremely nice environment, clean, staff friendly, and fast paste. As a 1st timer here the manager gave us a coupon for free appetizers! Had a full house and only a 5 min wait super satisfied u guys r awesome 👌

Good value, great food

The server seemed overwhelmed. No problem, I can understand that. But when I found a hair in my food and pointed it out to her, I got an insincere apology. That’s it. Nothing more. Nothing less. The food is typically good; this time it was not good.

Always great when we visit. Love that the hostesses ask us questions ( have you been here before, any special reason for our visit today) and talk to us as we are being seated. Food is always great and their sweet potatoes are what keeps me coming back .. lol

Alayna was the best server I’ve ever had in my life, the pies are great the burgers are large! 10/10 experience I would recommend her to anyone.

Very busy and very loud

Very disappointed with my 12 oz ribeye that cost 24.99 and was the size of a sandwich steak. It was so thin and tiny, l had to wonder what the heck happened. They were able to cover it up initially with a mound of mushrooms. I have never had that poor quality of steak at a TRH before. .

I have NEVER had a bad meal at any of their locations. Every steak I've ever ordered has been fabulous, tender, juicy and cooked to perfection.

Let's talk about those heavenly rolls and the honey butter. I could seriously make a meal if those. They are the best rolls around. They have the BEST sweet potatoes too! Love them. I will shy away next time from the Ceaser Salad. It was mostly the thick spines and short on dressing but not horrible.

The fried dill pickles are a treat too. Crispy and salty and delicious. The Blooming Onion was also done to perfection.

The service is also 5 star. We came in with a group of 7 and our server was on the ball. Drink orders were taken and delivered quickly. Once our lunch order was taken the food was brought out very fast too. The steaks were served sizzling hot.

It's always a bit noisy in all their locations but it's doable.

Can't complain about the prices at all either. The food is excellent for the price.

The service was excellent 👌 The food was perfect. We both had the sirloin steaks and they were awesome. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Very tasty.

This should be a 0!!!! Terrible customer service. My wife and I went in on 01/02/2025, once we were texted. There was a couple in front of us and when they were taken to their seats we stepped up to the stand. Both GRACELYN and the other girl looked at us and then the other girl took the couple that came in behind us, for a table of 2, and sat them. Gracelyn then rudely said how many? I said 2 and you just texted us. She placed a ticket on the stand and then looked back at the screen. I said " that was rude they were taken before us"!! Gracelyn did not bother to look up, address me and/or apologize. My wife and I left figuring the rest of the service will be just as bad. We usually eat at Texas Roadhouse 2-3 times a month. Not the first time we had bad food/service at the Wentzville location. Shame on us for trying to continue to eat local. We will now drive to O'Fallon and eat at Longhorn where the service and food is way better. Thank you for showing us the error in our ways. We will not be back!!!
