The food was pretty good and came out quickly. The server did a good job of taking care of us, especially with the number of tables she was also handling at the time. It was pretty noisy and difficult to carry on a conversation at our table, but that is not the restaurants fault, they were just busy.

Just passing through from Cincinnati, stopped in and had a perfectly cooked steak and baked potato. Sat at the bar, very quick service. Would recommend

Great food and atmosphere. I haven't had a bad experience their yet and we try to go as a family early because it can get crowded quick.

I've gone here around 20 times by the time of writing this review. No place is perfect but this is pretty close. The price for what you get is very fair, (although the price has been rising dramatically lately to match inflation.) The vibe is upbeat country. I've never left hungry or disappointed. Would be 5/5 but we have had some minor service issues now and then but all things considered we'll be coming back for the foreseeable future.

I didn't give the atmosphere 5 stars only because, and maybe it's because I'm getting old, the music is so loud it's hard to have a conversation.

Texas Roadhouse has been a place we've always went to celebrate all out kids birthdays for years. We still go here with my parents and a place for dinners for holidays, like this this visit, New Years Eve.

The loud music is one of the reasons we've started going to other places for these types of events since it's with family members we don't see often and like to visit with and enjoy a great meal.

That's my only downside, everything else is top shelf.

Called ahead to see if we could do a family meal but dine in instead of take to go, I wanted my younger brothers to have a good new year. Family meal is $50 to feed 4 but separate meals for the same thing is $20 or more. It just makes sense to get a family meal if you’re having 4 or more to feed. I understand the lady taking reservations didn’t understand you couldn’t, but that should be communicated to all the staff. So we come in after the girl found my name for the wait list. And they sat us. Another girl sit us and give us rolls and take our order. And we said we would do one family meal and one separate and she never said you can’t do that or let me go ask before I take your order. Mind you we sit at 8pm on new years and they come back at 8:30pm to tell us they weren’t sure who I talked and said they don’t normally do that. But she would go talk to who I talked to and maybe do a one time thing. I said thank you I appreciate it. Now 8:40pm another manager comes and said “what’s your problem” as I’m eating a roll I simply reply “I don’t think there is a problem, is there?” And she said well I think maybe there is miscommunication and we can’t do that we can only ring that up on our to go screen to have people pay not on our normal screen. And I don’t really understand why if the other lady said we could do a one time thing so I don’t understand why they couldn’t ring it up on the separate screen or offer to price match it or something for the inconvenience because now it’s us having to have 3 hungry boys at 9pm and find a place open to eat on new years. We would have stayed and payed regular price for the food, if they would have even showed a little compassion or talked to us with respect. Money isn’t the problem it was the customer service. Very disappointed because we have eaten at Texas Roadhouse for many years now and have spent tons of money on choosing them as a date night but sad to say we will not be back.

For almost $90 it should be a no brainer to give us condiments/sauces. You even included the cup in the “blooming” onion which looks like it was stepped on and still didn’t think to include the sauces. Fried pickles, no sauce. Even had to finish air frying them at home because they were undercooked. A cold 16oz sirloin? Com’on. Oh and we love paying for loaded potatoes & loaded mashed potatoes with again, no sour cream, cheese bacon or butter. We worked today too, we get it - everyone’s tired. But this is common sense. We even tipped despite it being a pick up order. I hope your New Year’s Resolution is better training & customer service.

food was amazing and staff was very kind, but conner the busser was very rude and harassing me and my girlfriend by looking at us and smiling in a inappropriate way and ruined our date night, i told the waitress and got absolutely no reassurance, conner if you see this, just be a more kind person, we were having a kind date night until you started trying to intimidate my girlfriend, no discount or apology either from anyone, someone talked to him ( looked like a manager) but i was given absolutely zero reassurance and spent 75 dollars on a crap experience and i only tipped because the bartender was amazing, this was today at around 1-3 pm, again all i want is an apology from conner to my girlfriend not even me, it ruined our date night. i am documenting this in case she is harassed any further including outside of the restaurant (which has happened before) i had no problem with him staring at my beautiful girlfriend but when you started trying to intimidate my loved ones that’s where i definitely draw the line.

Amazing as always. Only issues was they charged us for a shot that we didnt said we didnt want. That was upsetting but didnt catch it til we left.
