The Texas Steak melt is one the Thierry best sandwiches. I dont go to waffle house often but this sandwich is by far my favorite. Hash browns are crispy both taste good with the waffle house sauce.

The green haired cook at this waffle house had no idea how to not break a yolk on a well done egg. They keep that place about 40 degrees. Your food gets cold before you can eat it.

For as long as I can remember, I've gotten the same order. A Texas Chicken Melt with sauteed onions and bacon and a side of double hash browns smothered, covered, and chunked. This is easily in my opinion, the best chicken sandwich on the planet! My order was perfect with the exception of the cook leaving out the chunk part of my hash browns. It was still damn good! My waitress was super friendly and very attentive to our needs and we had a great experience at this Waffle House. If you haven't tried one of those Texas Chicken Melts, I highly recommend it. Go Waffle House!
