Today we were blessed with the nicest worker who served my two children frosties at around 3:05 pm— thank you for your kindness, I was able to show my children a real time example of kindness and paying it forward.
This young man cooked my order and I swear it was made with LOVE. He said the pineapple vanilla frosty was lowkey fire. That was highkey fire. I WILL be taking a trip down here again.
Wendy's has lowered its customer experience for me. Went inside today instead of drive thru. Got to the counter and the worker asked if I had a pickup order. I told them no. Next, we stood there foe about 2 minutes and then they said are you ready to order. I said yes, I'm ready when you are. They took my order and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food.
What happened? I'll have to think twice before going back. Get better Wendy's!
