I came all the way from Iowa to get White Castle. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time. .. The whole staff was amazing Especially Zion Arther and Ziya We’re all over the top amazing . I love to see a crew that come together and just want to satisfy their customers and that’s all they did. Everything was fresh May right in front of me. We all laughed together They had me smiling overall it was 100% a great experience. I love this location and I will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 recommend !!

The staff here are rude and disrespectful. I went here for a door dash order so I can't rate the food but, based on the service and atmosphere we received here I would not recommend this place to anyone. They spent the entire time mean mugging us people in the lobby and openly gossipping about us to each other like we weren't standing right there in front of them. Disgusting attitudes.

It was the cutest and most special event-the staff was very nice-loved them. I do think that walk in orders should be not allowed this one day to take some stess off of the staff trying to help the inside diners.

Yesterday they was closed around 10:40pm. No sign on door. Tonight they were to busy making orders and doing the drive thru to take an order inside.
Food was okay...wait time was more than FORTY 40 MINUTES! BETTER PLAN ON WAITING A LOOOOOOOONG TIME.

I go here all the time and the automated attendant ALWAYS screws up. As a software engineer, I have a decent grasp on what an AI-based ordering system needs to do its job. I speak clearly, in simple language and use the exact terms listed on the menu board. Once, I asked a side question: Do you have strawberry shakes? I ended up with ten 10-counts of cheese sliders...yes, it thought I wanted 100 cheese sliders! White Castle, fire your AI developers and get a system that works. Lee's Fried Chicken(in Jefferson City) has an excellent one!

I like my sliders with everything which should include the mustard ketchup mix. But the cooks were working hard trying to get the 10 pack cheesy slider specials out long drive through line so I went inside. Lady I ordered from seemed to be put out. Let’s face it not exactly health food but not bad once in a while.
