Waited 30 minutes for order. They literally have cheese slices sitting on the basic counter. Guy asked the lady what the girl was waiting for and she said I don’t know why don’t you ask her and yelled the last part of it at him. He looked at me and then walked off. They were prepping food on a disgusting unclean surface. And then was touching the register and the bump buttons with the same hands. He was prepping food with. Did not change his gloves at all. But the main part that I’m stressing. Why would you have cheese on the same counter You put money on. Not even a food prep counter. I cant Wait until the health department sees this.

I went inside to order to find lots of customers waiting on food, I waited for 45 minutes before I got mine. They try really hard but not enough staff for the amount of people ordering crave cases. If you really want it, you'll have to wait a while.

It's always a gamble depending on location. This white castle ? was great food fresh . Quick service . I went three times once included a great breakfast sandwich. ?

Man they need more help! The 2 that was in there need a raise! They banged out orders without skipping a beat. however.....the downside of thar situation was burgers was over cooked, and very dry. This did not taste like white castle at all. Took 30 minutes to get our food. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and the lobby was full.. again..2 workers.

Everything is always fresh, and the employees are awesome!
Sadly disappointed. Very slow service and mediocre food at best. I've given them a couple opportunities to do better but no such luck. The list of GOOD White Castles is pretty long. This location is well below the standard.
