Food took a very long time to come out which is fine but the chicken wings were not good

Wingstop was on time as far as having the food ready to go upon the time set. There was only one problem: Nothing was labeled regarding which container contained what product. When you are purchasing something with more than one item, it should be a given that the boxes all should be labeled with what food is in it so that everyone is confused about if they have gotten the correct order or not. Since this order was done online, I guess I will have to place my order in person to sure that we are getting the products labeled. AND there was NO EXCUSE because they were not busy for this to have happened on a order that was OVER $100! Enjoy your weekend and God Bless!

i tried calling five times because i ordered a 6 piece garlic parm regular combo, 10 piece buffalo mild, and a 10 piece boneless barbecue and 6 piece normal nuggs i didn’t receive my 10 piece barbecue boneless and instead came with 20 piece buffalo and another 10 piece with garlic parm

I ordered a 20 piece and received undone wet chicken. My husband went back to exchange the chicken after not being able to get in touch with anyone. My husband returned with 10 pieces of chicken, all drums. Tried calling again without success. Maybe, 3rd times a charm.

Came to this location after I ordered my co worker and I lunch. I ordered online got back to work received the wrong order. I didn't eat the product I kept calling no answer just do they could make the correct order my supervisor was going to let me go back but since they didn't answer I couldn't risk using the rest of my lunch to go back. After I got off I went back returned tje wrong order I received my correct order with no apologies but the manager said she would refund my money for the inconvenience in 5 days . After a week I week back to tje location because I never received the refund. The same manager then tells me it has to go through her manager then corporate office fir the refund. It's been almost 1month still no refund. Keep in mind my co worker and I never got to eat on our lunch break. We never was able to eat anything while working. It's not like we can purchase good at work. My co worker and I took our food home she called me and said how terrible the food tasted and I agreed with her. Very poor customer service I won't return nor recommend this location. If I could leave 0 stars I would have. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering I wouldn't have ordered anything from this location.

Waited over an hour and a half for our food. We ordered the 75 pc classic pack. We were missing parts of our order (ranch, blue cheese, corn, and chicken turned cold while waiting fries). I tried to call that location at least a dozen times, but no one answered. Extremely disappointed after spending over $100 on dinner for my family.

This location consistently does not make the correct order on my visit this evening. I went through my bag before I left, and the order was wrong again I specifically asked a teammate to correct it for me. Another customer walked in 15 minutes later picked up their order, which was also wrong, they asked them to correct it. They corrected the order after me while I’ve been sitting in their dining room for 20 minutes. The order was late now the rest of my food is cold. None of the staff gave even a single glimmer of Care as to their job. It’s really a shame because I love Wingstop, but this location is easily the worst customer service and/or food service I have received in

Probably the least cleanest place i’ve been to, girls in the kitchen with their hair down, going on there phones and then not washing there hands before proceeding to work. Not sure why there mangers would allow this but ok.

We've eaten here a number of times. This visit i picked up food for carryout. Everything was prepared perfectly and the staff member who gave me our food checked to make sure she was giving it to the right person. Everything tasted great!

Parking: There is a small parking lot out front.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking and the parking lot and restaurant are on the ground floor.

I warn anybody that wants to give this company a chance to not waste your time. This Wingstop already in 1 year of being open has TONS of bad reviews and I definitely see why after the experience I had with the food, the atmosphere and then management after I present many problems with my order. They compounded the issue with the way they handled things. I would save your time and go to another place that cares about their customers more then the Wingstop chain. Just look at their reviews at all their other locations, they all have tons of bad reviews ranging from many of things. This chain restaurant definitely needs new people in charge that know what they are doing and care about what they do.

Don't waste your time with this place... food not delivered and want to argue that I have to get refund thru Doordash when I didn't order thru Doordash and they don't have a record of my order... but still gonna take ALL my money!!
