Probably the least cleanest place i’ve been to, girls in the kitchen with their hair down, going on there phones and then not washing there hands before proceeding to work. Not sure why there mangers would allow this but ok.

We've eaten here a number of times. This visit i picked up food for carryout. Everything was prepared perfectly and the staff member who gave me our food checked to make sure she was giving it to the right person. Everything tasted great!
Parking: There is a small parking lot out front.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking and the parking lot and restaurant are on the ground floor.

Refused MY walk in order after taking it from the lady who had just walked in before me and did the exact same thing. Complaining to corporate.

I warn anybody that wants to give this company a chance to not waste your time. This Wingstop already in 1 year of being open has TONS of bad reviews and I definitely see why after the experience I had with the food, the atmosphere and then management after I present many problems with my order. They compounded the issue with the way they handled things. I would save your time and go to another place that cares about their customers more then the Wingstop chain. Just look at their reviews at all their other locations, they all have tons of bad reviews ranging from many of things. This chain restaurant definitely needs new people in charge that know what they are doing and care about what they do.

Don't waste your time with this place... food not delivered and want to argue that I have to get refund thru Doordash when I didn't order thru Doordash and they don't have a record of my order... but still gonna take ALL my money!!

I’ve ordered here probably 5 times now and 4/5 times I’ve had to wait at least 30-45 minutes to get WINGS. That’s ridiculous, should take 15 minutes max and nobody will explain why they’re so far behind.

Don't wast your time here! I ordered my food and said it would be ready at 6:04 and we waited an hour for the food and kept asking when the food would be done and say in 15 minutes. Some of the staff were just standing around doing nothing! So please don't waste your time here if you're trying to get food quickly don't come here!!!

Ordered at 2:45 in the afternoon for a pickup order to be ready at 6:15. Called at 6:30 and was told we’re 20 minutes behind…fast forward to 6:45 and call back. The girl answering the phone rudely says “we’re behind”, so I ask what purpose does order ahead serve…her response was Im just a cashier and i can’t help you so don’t complain to me.
Absolutely the WORST customer service! This place is ALWAYS behind and have now lost a customer for good! If the manager or franchisee sees this, please reach out, as I’d love to have a conversation.

Don't waste your money here. Ordered ahead and it said 16-21 minutes. Almost an hour later and asking twice where the food was, we finally received our cold food. AND to top it off this was my "8" count wing. They considered the 2 tiny crumbs as a wing each. Notice the size difference next to a regular size wing.

I placed an order online at 10AM for pick up at 7:30 PM. Waited well over an hour to get food, while others were coming and going while we watched and waited.

Service is awful everytime
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Waited 50 minutes for my 8 piece boneless wings last night. They told me it would be 18 minutes after I ordered. Manager running the place should look for a new career or get some training on efficiency as 1/2 of the employees were standing around while the other 20+ people were waiting on their orders. Someone needs to come in and do something as everyone who ordered was complaining.

Took a long time to receive my food which included undercooked fries only to be told they ran out of ranch but orders placed after mine received ranch with the explanation they were served 1st because of the size of my order but if you are running out and I paid 1st I would think you would have at the very least given 1 ranch to the order but that didn't happen. I was also disappointed that all 4 flavors of the boneless wings were stuff in a small box including the plain which in turn was no longer plain. 1st and last visit.
Anyone that rates this Wing Stop low is not aware of how this business works. Order ahead using the Mobile App (always for ASAP, do not set a time), show up 5 or so minutes late from that time estimate. With this strategy, my food is almost always ready when I show up, or it takes a max of 5 more minutes.
The only genuine improvement I'd appreciate is: 1 person taking orders, and 1 person being dedicated to handing out the orders.
They're holding it down and being a backbone of society. God's work.
