I went to the Wentzville Wing Stop 11/6. I had ordered my food ahead to be ready at 6:30. When I walked into the store it was absolute chaos. There were 4 children unsupervised (an employees children). One was asleep on the floor, one was running around the restaurant, and two were watching tablets at a table. There was another table full of what I would assume was their food, drinks were spilled on the floor around this table. Kids were barefoot and one had no shirt on. Bluey was blaring on the TV in the store, radio in the kitchen was blasting music. Drink station was out of multiple drinks, and my food was 15 min late. The woman at the counter was very rude.

I stopped to pick up food for my granddaughter, I waited almost 45 minutes for a 6 wing meal, I asked how much longer and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I asked how long wings cook and was told 13 minutes. People who came in after I placed my order were given their food and left long before my order was ready. No explanation nor apologies just shoved the bag at me. I will definitely never go back there!

I needed to cancel my order that was already paid for, ordered from wrong location. Called over 25 times, no answer. Lost $50 for food I didn’t get.

First of all the cashier closed her register at 9pm so we had to order online, then we came back 40 minutes later and the cook is no where in sight, but 5 people in the kitchen who tells us they are waiting on him. Then the guy starts digging in his shoe and continues to touch people's food without washing his hands. An hour later and they still haven't started on our food, with little to no customers to keep them busy.

Fernell was very nice and respectful to me tonight this evening when I came in to get some food I am very happy with his service and hospitality we need more workers like him nowadays

Cooks not wearing gloves, or hair restraints. Then waited 30 mins for an online order and then had other patrons come order and go in that time. Don’t know how they are open with the way their kitchen looks. Just terrible service overall all the employees had AirPods in and didn’t seem to care that anyone was waiting still. Won’t be back to this wingstop

I got the 40 piece family pack and half of them were reheated or something because they were over cooked and dried out. Not enough sauce.

Very inconsistent. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. You never know if your fries are going to be to SALTY to eat or if your wings will be flavored correctly..

The food wasn’t bad but the service was absolutely awful I had a carry out order and I placed my order at 11:04 and it said that it would only take 16 to 20 mins for my order well I was being patient and waited well then 30 mins rolled by so I went inside and I waited another 30mins for my food and it wasn’t a big order but the workers knew I was there and knew who I was and then as I’m sitting inside waiting one of the workers came up to me and give me a brownie that was hard as a rock and then the other worker said oh your order is right here IT WAS SITTING IN THE “ WARMING SITUATION “ and it’s not like I knew it was there and me being me I would have went and grabbed it my self I do not recommend this wingstop at all

Wingstop was on time as far as having the food ready to go upon the time set. There was only one problem: Nothing was labeled regarding which container contained what product. When you are purchasing something with more than one item, it should be a given that the boxes all should be labeled with what food is in it so that everyone is confused about if they have gotten the correct order or not. Since this order was done online, I guess I will have to place my order in person to sure that we are getting the products labeled. AND there was NO EXCUSE because they were not busy for this to have happened on a order that was OVER $100! Enjoy your weekend and God Bless!

i tried calling five times because i ordered a 6 piece garlic parm regular combo, 10 piece buffalo mild, and a 10 piece boneless barbecue and 6 piece normal nuggs i didn’t receive my 10 piece barbecue boneless and instead came with 20 piece buffalo and another 10 piece with garlic parm
I ordered a 20 piece and received undone wet chicken. My husband went back to exchange the chicken after not being able to get in touch with anyone. My husband returned with 10 pieces of chicken, all drums. Tried calling again without success. Maybe, 3rd times a charm.
