I don’t understand how you can have people who are waiting in line to get coffee for 9+ mins but there so focused on completing the online requests before the people who are actually waiting in line. Half the time the orders in line are sitting there waiting to be picked up. Suggestions have one who does online orders and one who does in person orders.

It is a pleasure coming into this location. The manager, Elizabeth, is knowledgeable and helpful each time. She will go above and beyond her duties to make sure everything is how you want it. It's nice to walk in and see smiling faces.
The employees seem just as happy which is a testament to her managerial abilities. They all seem to love their jobs and it shows in their customer service.
