Ordered via app. Went and picked up order at window. Drove back home to find or order was not correct at all! Frustrating! Had to drive back in the 'foggy' night to get "our" order. Not even given any compensation for making a second trip to get our corrected order. Dominoes at Willard MO.

Let me start with they were hopping busy! That said I got the wrong pizza, partially serves me right for not looking before I left the store.I called after getting home, about ten minutes away. They offered to remake the pizza which was nice but I wasn't interested in going back out. She offered to mail a coupon and I agreed, still waiting on that to arrive.

Placed on line order at 5:40 for pick up at 6:45. Call at 5:50 to change the time. Was told pizza already in the oven. Wait, what? It cooks for 45 minutes!?! So get to pick up at 6:30 but was told still 20 minutes til done. I thought it was already in the oven?!? Last time I will use Domino's in Willard. Terrible customer service. Should have went to Papa John's

the pizza was burnt! BARELY any toppings, and they forgot to put garlic seasoning on the crust. We spent over 50 dollars on 4 large pizzas. We were very disappointed and will never order from there again.

Sad to say that I’m very disappointed on how this store is being run. The last few times I have not had a good experience with my orders arriving correctly. Ask for extra cheese and there are visible large patches of sauce and I have had pizzas arrive twice now with the dough completely raw. It’s very disappointing as this was our go to place for ordering pizza and we loved it. Something has changed and it’s not good for the franchise.

Had 2 orders... waited 20 to 30 mins for them and they forgot to put one of the orders in the oven so had to wait another 20 to 30 mins. It was freezing outside and I went through the drive through. The heat was out in my car and I had one of the completed orders in the car with me getting cold while we waited for the other order. Just a little disappointed with speed, accuracy and service. The pizza and bread tasted amazing as always.
This place sucks! Most of the time when the app says my order is ready, and I go in, they haven’t even started the order. They call it “ purging” the order so it shows that they had it done on time. Caseys next door is a better deal.

Pizza was good not fantastic.(tad overcooked) Ordered boneless buffalo chicken bites and most the meat was pretty much inedible (grizzle or something)Also I ordered two ranch cups and only got one.
