This dude didn’t have the menu pulled up at the drive thru and keep rushing with me with ny order and i waited 50 minutes for just a medium frie.

I visit this location about 3 or 4 times per week but I won’t visit anymore.
Three times this week I ordered, paid, was told to pull up to spot 2 or 3 and all 3 times my order was incorrect. Twice I tried catching the person who brought my food but they acted like they didn’t hear me.
All 3 times I had to go inside and was treated terribly. Today the guy taking orders told me I ordered wrong, Tuesday the lady blamed being busy even though there were no cars in line and Monday the lady acted like it was a bother to get a different drink even though thats her job and they messed up to begin with.
Terrible attitudes and awful service. Its our fault because we continue to go back. I bet if America boycotted these fast food restaurants for a couple weeks they might get the hint and change. Obviously they don’t care about their customers though.

Every year we call them and tell them we are going to be there for our cast party, and they hung up on us and sent us to the CIA and WPD. It is unacceptable for them to hang up on us before we can even properly tell them. I hope they feel shame for this shit, and they need to not be so immature.

The staff is very friendly and respectful. The issue here is that something in the system almost always fails or things are missing. I think management should pay attention to these things.

There always seems to be people standing around complaining about other coworkers, in the mean time they have a lobby full of people waiting to have their orders take. I know how many times I watched someone come from outside either on their phone or taking a smoke break then go back in and not wash their hands. I see folks working and sweating but then brush their hair out of their face with the same unloved hands that is touching the food. I have had some good experiences but far too many bad ones to not speak about them .

This is the worst McDonald's you will be pulled forward and wait forever. It is a running joke around here. Save time drive to Springfield .

Breakfast shift always seems to do great, but lately the evening shift has gone WAY downhill. The past 3 times we have visited, our order has been incorrect. When we asked to have it corrected, we received major attitude and even told by who we believe was the night manager that she didn't care and we could look up the number to corporate. We used to love getting dinner here occasionally because it was such an easy experience, but if it continues this way, we will be seeking out other options.

This is stupid, I ordered a quarter pounder, and I said without cheese, and they put cheese on it, and I've been here before. And this is the 7th time that they've done it, and there's only 4 people working in the back, and I had to wait 10 minutes just to get a new burger.

Cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Usually pretty packed so it can take awhile especially in the lobby which it's usually the other way around.

Please refuse to pull forward at this location!
This McDonald’s has taken a steep downhill course. They are extremely slow and rude. They always have cars stacked into parking spots asking people to pull forward, even outside of designated areas. This always leads to 20+ minute wait times and wrong orders. When you have to go inside to correct this, the staff is rude and inattentive. It has been quite some time since we have been incident free at this McDonalds. We will be refusing to pull forward from now on!

Most of the time the workers are the friendliest people I’ve ever met. However since they took away showing your menu on the board they are getting orders wrong often. Please bring back the showing the orders on the screen it’ll help save frustrations for the line workers. Accidents happen and wrong buttons get pressed, and having that board show it will help considerably!
