Had a great experience at my local McDonald’s thanks to Mariah. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure my ordering issues were resolved. It’s rare to get that kind of service these days, she really stood out. Give that young lady a raise!

Had me sitting in the parking area for 10 minutes when I was the only customer at the end of the evening and I do understand but there is nothing in this building that takes 10 minutes to cook. I know that actually. Then I have to beat on the windows and call the store before someone brings my food out as I can see it sitting on the countertop. The gal who brought the stuff out, had nothing to say about sorry about your weight or anything of the sort she just said here and handed it to me. The person who answered the phone was wearing a black shirt as if they were a manager and didn’t even verbally respond when I asked them what was going on. I could also see them through the window. Please just at least respond to your customers would be a much improved situation here

Waited almost 15 minutes for a McChicken and a double. Girl at front was great got me a cup promptly. Trash was full and needed emptied. There where no large lids stocked

Always playing, nobody acknowledges you when your a dasher. Food is either missing or cold. Their frappe machine is never working. And every Friday and Saturday night they only take cash why is that

Always love coming here during my break or with her Amazon is not many stops surrounded this area. The ladies here are so nice and polite and always with a smile. Crazy enough I enjoy coming here. Thank you to all the ladies that work here
Honestly just poor overall. Fries were cold, McChicken was old, and I can tell. This mcdonalds needs corporate to crack down on food timers, Ive worked at a mcdonalds, these fellas DO NOT use the timers. McChicken hard as a rock, bun is rock solid aswell. Service is good, friendly and caring staff on drive through, but food needs to be timed better. Also need I say 50% of the time half the order is wrong? Customizations either aren't rung in, or just not done by cooks.

I don’t understand this place. I get it you guys get busy I’ve been in the food industry all my life shit gets hectic. Tell me how I come here every time and I get cold fries and when I ask for my burger to be only mayo and ketchup it doesn’t mean I want extra extra of those things it’s as if they pour the whole thing of mayo and ketchup on there it’s sloppy and just down right disgusting. Not only a lot of those sauces but you guys wrap up the sandwich so damn tight and fast you smash the buns where they aren’t even the burger shape. I’ve said something to managers 10749 times and no one will do anything. So just a heads up!
