Because my options are limited, I keep ordering from the Willard location. And it keeps being moderate at best. My order is frequently incorrect and the special instructions are completely ignored. On the positive side, the staff is always friendly.Dear Willard Pizza Hut,Please read the special instructions from online orders. It makes a big difference. And please reconsider your interpretation of "Extra sauce." I always order it, but my Pizza is no more saucy than the regular, boring option.I know that our limited options mean you can count on repeat customers regardless, but it would be awesome to have a great Pizza Hut experience once again. Ordered a specialty pizza, cinnamon sticks, chicken and 2 sodas last night costing $44. It didn't take very long to receive the order but it was probably because the food wasn't cooked. The cinnamon sticks hadn't risen and were light and doughy as was the pizza. Unable to eat any of it and threw it out. I usually use Domino's and because of this experience with Pizza Hut, I intend to go back to Domino's. Pizza Hut was the worst pizza ever and I used to like them a lot. Too bad. Pizza was ready and hot when picked up. No crushed red pepper or parm cheese. Price was a little high. No drive up window.
