It's Sonic......
Stopped by for a “dirty drink” which was diet limeade with the coconut cream. The drink was good but I must say I don’t know what it is about Sonic but every time I place an app order and go to a mobile stall and provide my stall number to the app, I end up waiting forever and ever. All I ever order is just drinks, nothing complicated. Without fail I have to grab the attention of a carhop and ask them if they can check on my order. Only after that do I ever get served. I don’t know what is broken but I don’t think it’s reasonable to wait 20-30 minutes for 2 drinks. That’s just my opinion though. Not sure if I keep showing up when they are short staffed, or if it’s an app problem or if I just have unrealistic expectations in life. Anyway I will probably try again at some point (because I do like the drinks every once in awhile and I do appreciate the half price benefit of the app) and hopefully things improve. I just won’t go when I’m in a hurry.
Waited 30 minutes to get our food and it tasted awful. Absolutely ridiculous! They didn't even offer any coupons for making us wait literally 30 minutes! Will not be back to this sonic ever.
Workers could use some training on being cordial with guests.
This Sonic is always slow AF. I am at Sonic stores every day and every one of them put this store to shame. Must just be the difference in the group. The group I work for has an awesome bunch of stores.

Does this happen to anyone else? Nearly everytime I order something goes wrong. Asked for a Coney combo with the hot dog grilled. The Coney comes with chili. Didn't say no chili. Just grill the hot dog. Why did the chili get deleted?

We placed an order via the app, ran an errand and still waited almost an hour to receive our food. When our order arrived, half of it was missing. It took an eternity for someone to respond after we pushed the button, and when we got the rest of our order, the burgers and fries were cold. Two of the three blasts at least had the correct flavor, but all of the blasts were liquid. We should have just gone to a sit-down restaurant. It would have been cheaper and taken a lot less time. With this kind of service, I'm not sure how Sonic is still in business.

This 3rd time I have had to wait incredibly long period of time in the drive through.. I was told management short staffs the Friday night ... unsure why or if this true ... all I know is 3 times now I have almost drove off with out my food ... because waiting over 15 minutes is for fast food is .... not called fast food ...

Breakfast burrito was not a breakfast burrito. No egg, chicken instead and it was the same size as the $1.99 chicken wrap. Otherwise everything was good.

They give wrong items you order food is cold and don't fix their mistakes they mess up the food order everytime go in. Ask for breakfast toaster and get grilled cheese or a burger!
