Terrible place of business
I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and they tasted good but once I ate a few of them the started to taste more and more like cleaner I thought it was just an accident from them cleaning up the counters but the redbull rechargers are to die for I get the dragonfruit recharger and it’s always so good but I might not get the mozzarella sticks anymore after how they tasted tonight

Went here for lunch only to wait almost 45 minutes to find out they never made my food. After communicating about 30 mark. They said they are getting it ready. I left without my food and wasted almost 45 minutes for a coney dog

By far the worst sonic I’ve ever experienced. Sad when there isn’t much to eat in this town. Drinks and food aren’t even edible. Waste of money when you have to find something somewhere else to drink and eat. Even when you get them to fix the mistakes they still aren’t right. Why does this franchise get away with it?! Management should do better.

It's Sonic......
Stopped by for a “dirty drink” which was diet limeade with the coconut cream. The drink was good but I must say I don’t know what it is about Sonic but every time I place an app order and go to a mobile stall and provide my stall number to the app, I end up waiting forever and ever. All I ever order is just drinks, nothing complicated. Without fail I have to grab the attention of a carhop and ask them if they can check on my order. Only after that do I ever get served. I don’t know what is broken but I don’t think it’s reasonable to wait 20-30 minutes for 2 drinks. That’s just my opinion though. Not sure if I keep showing up when they are short staffed, or if it’s an app problem or if I just have unrealistic expectations in life. Anyway I will probably try again at some point (because I do like the drinks every once in awhile and I do appreciate the half price benefit of the app) and hopefully things improve. I just won’t go when I’m in a hurry.

Waited 30 minutes to get our food and it tasted awful. Absolutely ridiculous! They didn't even offer any coupons for making us wait literally 30 minutes! Will not be back to this sonic ever.

Workers could use some training on being cordial with guests.
This Sonic is always slow AF. I am at Sonic stores every day and every one of them put this store to shame. Must just be the difference in the group. The group I work for has an awesome bunch of stores.
Waited in drive through line for over 20 minutes
