lived in Willard for 13 years; came to get kiddo and bf and I food. Had a mobile order, came ON TIME EARLY AT THAT to get it and our kiddos was hot it was good. But bf and I burgers were ICE COLD. Push the button to complain had what his badge said a “manager David” you’d think he just started tellin us to not cuss in our own vehicle and wanted to disrespect a FEMALE that was complaining.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant drive thru that I've been to. When I asked for a hamburger at the drive thru the girl on the speaker stated that they do Not have hamburgers. So I ordered a cheeseburger with No cheese....like really!? Give me a break young one!

Employees are always great. I order thru app and go at least once a week for my favorite drink. I pull in, and have my drink in hand in a minute or two.4 stars because of Styrofoam cups. Wish they would use something else.

Always check your order before you leave. They pretty much always forget something. This time I ordered a 5 chicken tender dinner and they only gave me 3 tenders.Last time they forgot the cheese sauce to go with the pretzel I ordered.Before that they gave me a single instead of the double burger I ordered.Careless.
