Me and girl both got Philly, hers a sandwich mine a wrap and last night after we ate my stomach started bothering me and hers as well. This morning even worse cramps, stomachs pain.

Unfortunately it seems if you don’t leave a tip at this location they mess up your order. Last week they put crunchies and sauce that go on Philly steak subs on our cold cut combo. This week they only put like the slice of bologna in our cold cut combos. They seem to be doing this on purpose. We place large orders and spend a lot of money for our large family only to bring them home and have them almost inedible.. My husband asked to speak to the manager last week, told there wasn’t one. This is not the first time they have seemed to mess up a sub that seemed beyond what could be a mistake.

It seems like they mess up my order repeatedly and on purpose. Well next time I order online I will sit down and check everything. I’m not paying almost 70 dollars to get shorted on meat and have subs made wrong again. Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs new management?

Ordered 2 salads with the new chicken salad. Apparently they didn't have any chicken salad prepared because the worker grabbed some chicken and put it in a tiny container and squirted mayo on it and stirred it up. Got charged 11 dollars a piece and the meat wouldn't have come close to covering a 6 inch sub. RIP OFF. WONT GO

What the hell is going on with these food places!?!? 2 subs with nothing special cost $32 bucks!?!? Have you lost your freaking minds!?!? So... $15 for a non special footlong sub with just turkey, cheese, and mayo is $15 dollars?!! Hell no... they are subs of bread, not subs of gold! Workers here are almost always friendly, I have had a few grumpy ones that could use a stick of sunshine......... oh!!! There was only one worker I saw here today doing everything.
App took forever! Did not get the sandwich I ordered and both sandwiches were not very good!Did offer to replace if I brought it in.Refused to do anything else.I ordered delivery for a reason.It was first time we ate today, so if we get sick it was their food.I couldn't eat but a couple bites of mine.I won't be using that store again. I contacted corporate,but seriously doubt they do anything either. I dont normally make a review unless I am impressed ! I WAS NOT!

Went up to order and asked for my regular meal. I specifically asked for one footlong, one 6 inch, and two large drinks. I got to the register and paid for my items and the cashier gave me two small drinks. I proceeded to tell the cashier that he must have gotten the drink size wrong, and he disagreed and said “if you want a larger size, it will be an extra fine”. I ended up paying for two drinks and never got refunded. Not coming back.

Ask for extra sauce and get your food ruined! This was obviously done intentionally! Poor customer service. It was everywhere even on the other sandwich that we ordered! Will not be back!
