Terrible customer service, and not so good food. Our waiter never smiled. She never greeted us. As soon as we walked in she only said, "Only 4?" Maybe she was having a bad day. She hardly looked eye to eye. I ordered a ribeye sandwich on a hogie bun. The meat was plentiful, but it had no taste. I had to salt it 3 times. The bun was soggie with grease. There was a bone in it big enough to choke me. I brought the bone to my waiters attention, showed it to her, and she just said, "ok" and walked away. No apology given. What has gone wrong with this place?

Waitress never once checked on us. Not a busy might. Chicken fried steak was tough and chicken tenders were salty. May have just hit it in a bad night. Wasn't busy and staff stayed congregated around the register

Lunch specials make it a great place for lunch. Not a fan of imposed gratuity for a group of 8 or more. Food does taste great!
Gave this place a low rating for the check and service was not what I expected. The food is great but the service was terrible and I tipped 3.00 because of that but when I got online to see what they charged my final payment it was 9.51 more than the signature copy I left. I took a picture of my receipts all the time when I tip on my card. I was the only black man in there and was treated like a had the covic I will be reporting this charge to my bank and will not eat here again.
