Second time visiting this location and both times were the same. I made an order on my app and still had to wait 15 minutes. We ordered 3 large fries and each was about half full and way overcooked. How were they so overcooked and still cold? Staff were not friendly and the place could use a good cleaning. If in the area again we will not be stopping by this location.

My food came with 2 burger that bother were half way together, on had 3 pickles and the other had one. On top of that the patties were burnt and it looks like they filled the medium fries half way. Its been getting worse everytime I eat here

I am blown away by this McDonald’s crew. The French fries, which we asked for extra crispy, were the best we’ve had in forever. Service was super friendly and fast, and each person I interacted with was friendly and professional.

Food was awful! Hamburgers were several days old. Chicken sandwiches were like cardboard. Ordered exact same meal one came dry and other had lettuce and mayo. While we were there someone brought the bag of food back and left with nothing. When we left we saw the kitchen. Food all over the floor including a Hamburger. Bunch of kids running the place. The state would shut them down if they walked in. Praying we don’t get sick. Don’t eat here! By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to!

Absolutely disgusting! I don’t typically leave a review if I can’t say something nice, but this McDonald’s was filthy! Burger parties, buns, fries all over the floor where they were cooking. They were walking all over them with smashed ones dried. The girls working had stringy greedy hair hanging everywhere. Got our food, and I returned it twice thinking it was just a strange occurrence that would get fixed. Nope. The burgers were so dried they looked like shrinky dinks and everything in it was hard…I get that McDonald’s in not a 5 star restaurant, but I think this place will make someone very sick. I have never experienced such filth and bad food before. Other people that came before us literally came back and threw their bag on the counter and told them they didn’t want it. They didn’t even want their money and left angry. The ice even had something yellow on it. Left nauseated after trying to take 1 bite. I couldn’t do it. We decided it was better to go without dinner tonight! DONT EAT HERE! THEY NEED INSPECTED ASAP!

Filthy kitchen, dried out old food and missing ingredients off the food. Hoping we don’t get ill! One guy came back and handed the food back to them. Left without getting anything. One chicken sandwich came dry with nothing on it and the had lettuce and mayo. Same exact meal! Bunch of kids running it needed to have some adult supervision! Beware if you eat there.

We placed a mobile order on my fiances phone we we were 5 minutes away we waited in store for 30 minutes to receive our food multiple people who ordered after us received their food long before we were ever given our food when I asked the manger about this she walked away from me after giving me lots of attitude I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service provided and will do everything in my power to ensure that the service we receive in the future will be better and I expect McDonalds to punish Brooke the manager working tonight for this issue to be resolved, McDonalds had just lost many loyal customers tonight to make everything better our food was cold. To anyone told they are waiting on your mccrispy it takes 7 minutes to make one and they can make 4 at a time, don’t let them lie to you so they can be lazy

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to give our order and all we got was sorry for your wait and they continued to walk past us. There were atleast 10 other groups waiting in line behind us and everyone was very irritated at the slow service. Kiosk wasn't working properly either. People were waiting in a long line to recieve their already ordered food. This place of business definitely needs to look into their staff and the efficiency of their services. I am a repeat customer of this store in particular and this is the second time in less than 3 months the service has been horrible. Management please look into this so we can improve our community fast food services.
