We placed a mobile order on my fiances phone we we were 5 minutes away we waited in store for 30 minutes to receive our food multiple people who ordered after us received their food long before we were ever given our food when I asked the manger about this she walked away from me after giving me lots of attitude I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service provided and will do everything in my power to ensure that the service we receive in the future will be better and I expect McDonalds to punish Brooke the manager working tonight for this issue to be resolved, McDonalds had just lost many loyal customers tonight to make everything better our food was cold. To anyone told they are waiting on your mccrispy it takes 7 minutes to make one and they can make 4 at a time, don’t let them lie to you so they can be lazy

I went there before they closed but they wouldn't take my order and there were several other people waiting in line, it seems they are understaffed and don't actually stay open until their posted closing time, very disappointing after a long day.

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to give our order and all we got was sorry for your wait and they continued to walk past us. There were atleast 10 other groups waiting in line behind us and everyone was very irritated at the slow service. Kiosk wasn't working properly either. People were waiting in a long line to recieve their already ordered food. This place of business definitely needs to look into their staff and the efficiency of their services. I am a repeat customer of this store in particular and this is the second time in less than 3 months the service has been horrible. Management please look into this so we can improve our community fast food services.

Did a mobile order at home, drove 15 minutes one way to pick up the order, returned home just to find out the fish fillet was missing. Returned back to the store another 30 minute drive round trip to pick up what should have been there in the first place.

This place has become a joke went this morning got 3 sausage muffins 2 no cheese well after waiting over 15 minutes outside had to go in and my food still wasn't ready. then when I got my my muffins it was wrong! Never Offered a sorry or compensation. Total failure of a McDonald's. Management totally needs replacement. 25 minutes wasted

This McDonald's forces you to use the kiosks. Employees will stare at you waiting at the front counter for your order to be taken and do NOTHING.

The fries here are NEVER hot and the nuggets were cold and hard today. Terrible food.
I get that the employees want to leave, but they are all paid hourly and to my understanding, 11 pm close means 11pm, not 10:50... This is a franchise? Which I'm sure is, supposedly, upheld to corporate standard? Hey, franchise owner; do better, no excuse.

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this McDonald’s during times students and young adults are working. Takes 20 plus minutes to get you food, Comes out cold and stale. And if you complain they won’t do crap about it, never was contacted after this email! Worst location ever!

I am a truck driver, I have been everywhere and I really don't understand why there is bad reviews. This is the best McDonald's i have ever been to, I always stop here when I get this way.the food and service is absolutely the best. Even have great sweet tea. Keep up the great work.
