I get that the employees want to leave, but they are all paid hourly and to my understanding, 11 pm close means 11pm, not 10:50... This is a franchise? Which I'm sure is, supposedly, upheld to corporate standard? Hey, franchise owner; do better, no excuse.

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this McDonald’s during times students and young adults are working. Takes 20 plus minutes to get you food, Comes out cold and stale. And if you complain they won’t do crap about it, never was contacted after this email! Worst location ever!

I am a truck driver, I have been everywhere and I really don't understand why there is bad reviews. This is the best McDonald's i have ever been to, I always stop here when I get this way.the food and service is absolutely the best. Even have great sweet tea. Keep up the great work.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, ever. I’d give it zero stars, but that isn’t an option. We had a horrible experience here a few weeks ago and said we’d never go again. We decided to give them another try a couple weeks later, and it was just as ridiculous as the last time. I ordered ahead in the app both times, and still had to wait an excessive amount of time. The first time I waited so long in the curbside pick up that I finally went inside. Our food was as finally located, and it was cold. No one had brought our food out because they didn’t want to make our drinks. I know this because I heard them talking about it. The second time I picked up in the drive thru, hoping for a quicker response, and was just as disappointed. Our food was cold, our wait time was ridiculous (I’m talking 15-20 minutes) and we were the only people in line. Starving or not, we won’t stop here again.

Place is a joke. Manager Kyle said can't substitute round egg. I travel alot, go to many McDonald's n never bn told no egg substitute. Called other McDonald's in same area n they all said they absolutely substitute for round egg with no extra charges. Manager Kyle needs some more training or a new job
