Best Pizza Ever!!! I travel everywhere always looking for a flavorful pizza. I love a supreme of which I found there…. mouthwatering Freda's Finest pizza. Topped with a delightful combination of pepperoni, Canadian bacon, beef, pork, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives, this pizza is a true delight for meat lovers and vegetable enthusiasts alike. Fabulous!!! The staff were so welcoming and the owner is so friendly. Willow Springs is very fortunate to have such an amazing pizza place.

My wife and I eat here every now and then, but most recently we ordered some buffalo wings with our pizza. They tasted a little off so we set them aside and continued eating our pizza and enjoying our company.
When an employee came to grab our plates as we finished up they asked what was wrong with the wings, I simply stated that they were a little off of what I was used to, and that we didn’t want to send them back or get a refund. It was no big deal to us, as we were perfectly happy with paying for them since we ordered them.
Later that night we were informed by some family that the staff went ahead and refunded our order of wings after we left. I was surprised since I told them it was no big deal at all, I wasn’t worried about it.
This interaction with the staff here at Pizza Americana will bring me back here many more times. Their customer service is great, and it’s apparent that they will do anything to give their customers a good experience. That, and their pizza is pretty great too!
PS: A clarification on the mobile menu for the size of a side salad and salad bar would be super helpful.

Place has went a bit downhill. Went 2x and ordered ahead and let them know we were dining in and both times they let us sit there while our food sat on the Togo counter. They barely apologize for any inconvenience. When really busy they don't open extra room so it's not insanely noise in the main dining room. Not great for older people if busy. The pizza is sub par if you stray far from a pepperoni. Not sure if they need more suggestions, better communication, or better management. On the bright side the decor and has been nicely upgraded and fit for the season. Hope to see this improve!

Just poor service any more if you go there for a cool place to eat save your time and money you have to seat your self look a the menu then go up to the counter and order your food you can have the salad bar for a one or 2 trip or a side salad order a pizza an 2 drinks your at $50 bucks and they still request a tip for them to just bring your food to you,ugh well learned a lesson won't go back there ever

Amazing salad bar! The pizza was really good and the service was above average!
When they opened. They where AWESOME! but now ... They are not very good .. if your going to go there, only get the salad bar. That's the last thing that's any good. But what ever you do. Do NOT! Order anything with chicken! They use can chicken and it's disgusting! It's like cat food. It stinks. It's horrible to eat. Nasty nasty nasty!!!! I highly do not recommend!....

Yes sir you do. Your food is disgusting. If anyone eats the chicken Alfredo. Let us know what you think. It stinks. It's horrible taste. Then they use the same nasty can cat food chicken on the pizza. That place is going to be closed soon. There is hardly any customers there anymore. I'm being honest. If you can't handle the feed back. Maybe you shouldn't be here? I'll edit my post when I get done emailing the "owner"

On visit Three and bringing 20-25 people with us this time. Wedding party and rehearsal dinner to be had here on Wednesday. Food has already proved itself more than worthy. Pizza, salad bar, and sandwiches were and have been on absolute point. MILITARY SUPPORTER and veteran to veteran, thank you for your service. The owners care about more than $$$$ and it shows. Keep it up and you’ve got a great thing going!

Charged bloody ¢60 for the smallest cup of ranch you ever did see. Pizza was honestly pretty good but had a bad taste in my mouth from the ranch down payment I had to make so I couldn’t enjoy it. Just bring your own ranch and you will have a good time.
