Finally got to try 1 Eleven and I’m a fan! The brisket was tender, full of flavor, and such a gorgeous smoke ring! The coleslaw was the best I’ve had! And the staff was kind & welcoming. I can’t wait to go back and try the summer salad everyone is talking about!

I had the brisket and some wings.... the flavor, portion and price were excellent....great little secret (for now)....the Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich and BBQ beans are also excellent....discovered this place last weekend, you will not be disappointed....

We biked here from Kansas City, looking for a good place to eat. We called before we got there stating we wouldn’t be in town until 8:15, and Zack said he would have something ready for us to eat even though he closes at 8.
We arrived there and he had 2 sandwiches for each of us. They were amazing after a long bike ride and he had a variety of sauces to choose from. We highly recommend you eat here, whether you’re a local, or getting off the trail for a bite to eat!

had a long day, stoped in on the way through town. could not do another Sonic burger. first time in. they were sold out of everything but chicken, so chicken it was. got to say, it was awesome, tender and smoky, the loaded beans were fantastic and the coleslaw was very good, at a good price, have enough left for a sandwich tomorrow, good quality, good BBQ.
