This was our first time at Judy's. The service was prompt and my patty melt was fantastic! So were the onion rings. My hubby had the chef salad which was huge and also delicious. The atmosphere is homey and relaxed. We will go back the next time we're in Windsor!!

Absolutely worth the stop. My husband and I just so happen to be in town and found this restaurant. Delicious, clean, and friendly! He had a burger and fries and I had the hamburger steak with mashed potato's. Excellent! Well done chef! The wait staff was fast, friendly, and very courteous. Maybe we were hungry but the food was the perfect temperature, exquisite flavors, good presentation, and did I say flavorful??!! Most small town cafe's/restaurants are bland - NOT Judy's Kitchen. Even on the day before Thanksgiving this restaurant did not disappoint. Keep up the excellent service and cooking.

We took the family here to celebrate my mother's 51st birthday. It was my first time eating here and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely check out their desserts!

It is very small and quaint. We came on a day when they were down by 2 staff. Our waitress was friendly, but she couldn't come back around because she was too busy. The food was good, but it wasn't anything fancy or something I wouldn't make at home.

Had BLT on Texas toast, flavor good but too greasy for my tastes, curly fries were awesome. Service minimal, waitress said they were short 2 employees for that shift, and it showed, never got refills or dessert menu. Atmosphere intimate, tables too close together, waitress knew a lot of customers' names, so very quaint. Prices were very reasonable, less costly than fast food, portions were large, and a wide selection of food available. Waitress was very friendly for being all on her own, understaffed. Overall pretty happy with our stop at Judy's Kitchen!

I could eat here everyday. The staff is friendly my drink never went dry. The food was brought out in a timely manner. Quality and portions were fantastic. you get your money's worth, and if you leave hungry you only have yourself to blame. It is what I wish every home town dinner was like still. Will definitely be going back next time I'm going through Windsor.

Nice, clean, well lit, little small town café. Tucked away in a cozy brick front, right across the street from the local building supply store. While the dining area is a little on the small side, you hardly even notice because the A/C works great and everyone there knows everyone one there. They welcome you in and treat you as if you are just one of the locals. The wait staff is kind and remember you even after you've only been there one time. The menu consists of the expected fare, mostly hardy, down home style meals. The food is well prepared, plated clean and simple, and it is delicious! Reasonable price points, especially in todays market. A quintessential small town dining experience if i have ever seen one. Would recommend!
