Sometimes it can be pretty slow service and I have had car hops not know how to count change back. They are usually highschool students it seems tho, but someone should have trained them better. That's honestly my main complaints, otherwise it's just an average sonic. Wish they would go back to the fries they used to have

We stopped and ate on our way home from the lake. Our experience at Sonic in our hometown isn't ever great, so we didnt have high expectations. We got 2 #16 and both burritos we great. They werent terribly wrapped and falling apart. Our bacon was actually crispy. The tots were hot and fresh with a decent amount of cheese. We were so pleased and surprised with how great, hot and fresh our meals were.

The food was decent, pretty good overall, but the service was terrible. I came here yesterday and got cheddar bites that came with ranch- my kids loved em. Came back today and got the new smashburger, 2 grilled cheese, 2 chili wraps, 1 medium cheddar bites and 1 medium onion rings. On my app it asked which sauces I wanted, I chose bbq, 2 ranch and 2 jalapeño ranch. They didn't come out with the food. I called inside and said my stall # and that I didn't get any sauce. The person told me they had to charge me- that it's sonic policy! She came out to my truck and told me she couldn't give me any sauces! She did not care that we got no sauces, lol shockingly bad terrible service! I was a carhop and we treated the customer better- I would never hoard sauces from someone that just ordered food! I'll never come here again.

Waited 10 minutes after pushing red button and never saw a soul. Finally left without ordering. 830 ish Wednesday morning.
Worst Sonic I have ever been too !!!! Their screens DO NOT work!!! I put in my card it showed on screen that my payment went through but when the girl brought out my ice cream she said it didn’t go through and when I told her the screen showed I had made payment she told me that the screens hardly ever worked!!! Never Going back to Windsor Sonic ever again!!!!!!! Get your crap fixed !!!

Try not to order a beverage or food item with too complicated of ingredients such as lettuce on a hamburger. Employees will waste your hard earned money. Also some how paid for an order that wasn't mine. my meal came out to be 14 and some change. had an 11 dollar transaction on my bank statement a few minutes prior to buying that meal. 0/10 sonic, go to the one in warrensburg for better quality

I went to sonic and ordered 2 number 4 combos and 1 number 3 with drinks and all I got was 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks I went back and to see where my fries where they said that they didn't know I wanted fries they didn't do they job to ask. So I had to pay for there screw up. I think the carhops need more or better training 🤔
