Food had no flavor. Had a philly, asked for double meat, did not receive double meat. Wanted an Unsweet tea, however both containers had Sweet tea in them. One of the men working the counter rolled his eyes and had an attitude with me when I explained the situation with the tea. The other man instructed him to make me Unsweet tea. While the new tea was brewing, the man continued to give me dirty looks. When it was done, he told me I could have some. The new tea was Sweet also!! The tables and seats were dirty on about half of the tables in the restaurant. The floor had trash on it as well. Do Not recommend the Subway in Winfield, MO.

Placed an online order. Get there and they tell me they didn't have what I ordered. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. The app shows my order was cancelled but they never refunded my money. Now I have to deal with the bank in disputing the charge.
Obviously according to other reviews this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

Tried to order online for husband to pick up. Charged my card then canceled order swears never received any order and my husband was sitting on his bike in hundred degree weather. They don't understand English. Try to call you get a voice-mail box

Natalie is the first subway person to get the “wel-done” bacon request. Thank you for taking the time to make our sandwiches awesome! Very clean restraunt and personable employee. Highly recommend.

I accidentally ordered from Winfield kansas and they have a drivethru when I showed up at Winfield mo they came out to my car took my order and.made my 2 footloose right away..my bad....their good....

Can’t believe this place, they always get my online order wrong and the short middle age women always has attitude every time I come in this has to be the most unwelcoming and unprofessional subway I’ve ever been to. Always the same, met with a bitter rude attitude when I walk in and say “hello I have and online order” she always says “well it’s not done so wait for it” even when my time is well past. Will not be back, until this problem is dealt with.
