Must have called on the wrong night, was gonna try delivery, the lady that answered the phone said hello and seemed bothered, I then said well I will just come pick up an order and was trying ask about wings and a couple other items to go and is was “just so you know it’s gonna be awhile” I then tried to ask for the sauce options on the wings and she seemed very bothered by the fact that I did not go to the bull shit online order option. This was the last time I will call this place. I will not do business with anyone who hates there job and cannot answer 3rd grade questions from people who simply want to order food to go. Welcome to Wright City by the way, you will soon find out others are not gonna play this game. Good luck with the ride people who cannot simply run a “chain pizza joint”

YET AGAIN, paid for extra toppings that didn’t make it onto the pizza, and of course expecting extra sauce like I ordered is like expecting a fish to talk. Incompetent service, bland food, absolutely ridiculous this place stays in business. Frozen pizza is better

I ordered three pizzas and a cheese bread. Two of the pizzas were great, and mine was pretty good, but I ordered a build-your-own with onions, jalapeños, and mushrooms. There were maybe 5 mushrooms total, which made the onion and jalapeños overpowering. I asked if I could purchase extra mushrooms, but they wouldn't allow it. Really disappointing, especially since it ruined the balance of flavors. So much for the quality check.

The Wright City location is by far the best made compared to other locations we've tried. The pizza presentation is just like a picture, and the portions of sauce and cheese are not skimpy. Hope they keep it up.

Pizza from here is always bad. My family and I have tried to give this dominoes to be benefit of the doubt. Ordering pizzas at different times in different days of the week.
Our order always includes a plain cheese pizza as none of my family is able to eat pork. There is always meat on our pizza. Bacon is a meat that permeates an entire dish and will ruin it for those unable to eat pork.
So it’s disappointing that we’ve tried numerous times to give this dominoes a chance. At this point our business is lost. Really wish Wright City would get fast food service that isn’t awful

I just ordered a pizza and garlic nots and cinnamon sticks. I waited to pick it up and literally watched the worker drop it on the floor , the manager came over and whispered in her ear. She proceeded to put it in the box and gave it to me. Can you believe that. Like I wasn't standing there. If they do that when you are there can you imagine what they do when you are not there.......smh......terrible
