Put a mobile order in as we were pulling into the parking lot. there were about 10 cars in front of us. took right at a hour to get or food which was 2 happy meals. the drive thru kid just sat there playing on his phone. we waited over 10 minutes at the pick up window alone and the kid comes up and asked what we ordered. we told him and he came back saying that they were waiting on fries. we finally got the 2 happy meals and all the food was cold. TERRIBLE!! I've been coming to this place. even worked there for some time! since it's been opened!! The evening manager. and I wish to God I would have got her name but she looks sooo familiar. has the WORST customer service I've seen in well ever there!! I have literally had 2 complaints in over a year. The first one, she totally dismissed and said I was crazy. Blows my mind when the price of everything is on the rise and I get this… cold fries that taste like they have been sitting there all day cold burger and definitely no what I ordered missing the lettuce and tomato. And sauce I was here around 10:30 pm on lunch break and now I have to eat this… I just don’t understand what is happening. It’s a burger everything is on a screen but yet you still manage to serve this trash to people…
