I haven’t had many issues with this location but if you’re charging over 4 dollars for a large fry it needs to be a large fry. It’s actually insane.

I have lived in wright city for five years, and for five years have had problems with the service and quality of the McDonald’s here. Tonight ordered a quarter pounder with bacon plain meal received chicken nuggets instead, the last time we went there I ordered a quarter pounder plain the box it came in had the special ticket that said plain clear as day on it and it had everything. This place is trash. The employees are trash. The food is never fresh or hot. Def worth the drive to foristell. Hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced and it happenes so often.

This is the second time that I’ve gotten my son a happy meal with McNuggets in it and they’ve been short when a kid orders a four piece McNugget meal that’s what they expect!! We live 10 miles out of town and I’m not driving back!! Second time is enough for me!! They need to Pay attention

I have alpha-gal meaning im allergic to red meat, I ordered a sausage egg mcgriddle with no sausage but I got a regular mcgriddle. I went back to get it replaced or refunded and she rudely asked why I even ordered it in the first place after i explained my allergy. When getting the refund she estimated the price and just handed me 7 dollars when the actual price is 7.78. This is absurd behavior coming from a manager, I understand mistakes happen but a manager being incapable of correctly refunding a single sandwich is not acceptable.

I ordered cook to order fries at the drive thru and asked for them to blister my fingers. I looked at the order screen and it only said fries. So I repeat myself until I see it on the screen. At the pay window, I ask for my receipt so I can verify it's there, but she can't provide one. They give me what best can be described as luke warm fries and I throw them away because I don't like barley warm fries. If this McDonald's is unwilling to provide special orders, then tell me so I don't waste my money and time.

Food is fine but the sweet tea is literally never sweet. I don't think I have ever gotten tea that was actually sweet from this location.
We took our kiddo for lunch and everything came out hot, except the frenck fries but that seems to be a norm.

This specific location has been declining over the last few years. It used to be one of the best mcds in the area, but now it's easily my least favorite. Every time you go, you're going to get dried out meat on a paper bun. And good luck if you ask for extra dehydrated onions. You're not going to get them.

I go here a lot. Love caramel frappes. It bothers me with the price of frappes going up that they don't always fill the cup to the top. Sometimes it's too full and it overflows when I put the straw in leaving a mess in my car.

Great McDonald’s, a lot better than warrenton’s , only complaint I have is it takes 30+ mins for a simple order.
Literally it’s 2 MC chickens and a 10 piece nugget, 30 mins is crazy , had multiple people order after me and got their food first and they had bigger orders than me.
Besides that everything else was good!
