Ok so I had one of my friends go and get me a sandwich as I posted the picture of what I ordered I called asked what goes on the all sweet pro and she told me but I got no sweet onion sauce and the bread is horrible and hard throwing this sandwich in the trash and was I rude probably but I am so sick of subway messing my food up you need new management or to retrain your crew

Stopped by at 7:37pm and all of the tables and chairs were stacked up. The sign definitely said they didn’t close until 9:00pm. There was 2 teens working but only 1 was making sandwiches. I was told it would be quite a while because the 1 employee was working on an internet order. So my daughter and I left and took our business to Warrenton. I will never be going back!

Food tasted good but the service was super slow and the kids working seemed less than motivated to be there. Which I get it. But management should be doing something to motivate there workers to want to be there especially on a Saturday!

The manager is so Amazing! She just makes a good sandwich. I got the same sandwich at the Lake of the Ozark and was so disappointed. The rotisserie chicken is superb!

Much like the others who have posted here in the last year, 2 employees in the store and hours before closing but were told that we could not eat in store "unless we didn't mind sitting with mop water."Considering many people have made the same complaint, maybe it's time to do away with all the tables and chairs so as not to give the illusion that any staff will allow you to dine in store.

Ordered online, got there to pick it up, there was 2 girls working,waiting in line there's a total of 4 people ahead of me, everyone but me were serviced, a guy comes up front from the back so I think I'm going to be able to get my pick up order, he asked the guy in front of me if he can help him, he says he's already helped, I'm still standing there but yet he decides to go help with the 3 girls that are in front of the guy that's in front of me, so now there's 2 people helping everyone else and I'm still standing there like I'm invisible. Oh, and they forgot my pickles on my order... I LOVE pickles ?. Only reason I gave 1 star is because one of the girls apologized since I had to speak up instead of being asked if I needed to be serviced. And i had to leave at least 1 ??

Full day of travel and I was craving Subway so we stopped in. Left so mad I didn’t even want to eat and my boyfriend wouldn’t get a sandwich from these jokers. I have worked in the restaurant industry all my life so I totally get closing work before closing time. Everyone wants to get out of there as close to close as possible. Been there! But this was ridiculous. All the chairs were put up over an hour before close. I really could care less about eating in my car, but there were 3 elderly women who walked in behind us who were told they couldn’t eat at a table. You’re kidding. The floor was super wet from the mop and no wet floor sign was out or verbal warnings given. Thankful none of the women slipped due to a warning from the first woman walking in cautiously. Lawsuit waiting to happen and honestly well deserved. The boys were obviously young and learning so this is not a shot at them. Everybody makes mistakes. Hoping management can step it up and get it together because based on other reviews this isn’t the first nor the last time this has been tolerated.

Normally have no issues when they are making the sub right in front of me, but twice now I tried the online ordering and was disappointed. Paid extra for bacon on 2 subs, and didn't get any. Also ordered a pizza for my kids and noticed while walking out the door that the pizza wasn't even there. There also is no option for extra toasted sub's on the app, so I wrote it on on the special instructions line AND left a tip and my sandwiches barely looked toasted. Very disappointed and will probably not be ordering anymore unless I am standing right in front of them.

Pulled in at 7:40pm December 19th. I thought they were closing. Chairs upside down on the tables, one of the two employees had just finished mopping the entire store. One customer was getting a sub made. I got out of my car to see what the closing time was...9pm. I went inside. I asked the kid making the sub if they were still open. He said yes. I asked him why were the chairs on the tables if they weren't closing. He said, "that's how we do it here." I told him with the chairs on the tables, from outside, driving past, looks like you're closed. I then asked him where you're suppose to sit to eat. His reply, "people can eat in their cars." I was so stunned all I could say was, "okay". He kept making the other customer's sub, the taller kid (two boys) kept on with his "closing" duties and left me waiting. There was no bread in the case where it should have been and it appeared a lot of the toppings were down to the bottom of the containers. After a few minutes I decided to leave...with no subs! I hope the owner/manager sees this post. When I left, so did my money. I will never return there.
