“Jimmy it's one of the most professional managers that I've ever met. He's always ready to serve his customers. He's always willing to listen to a customer regardless of how many times they change their order.
The staff I'm very courteous to the guest. The employees who work at the bar exceed all expectations. Great service and professionalism.
The only complaint that I have is I want the peach cobbler back ? LOL“

“Wow! What an experience, decided to come in late one night and boy am I glad we did. Hard to find good service these days but Megan seems to love her job for sure! “This location, own 24/7, is inside Harrah’s Golf Coast Casino Resort, and children are allowed. If you’re lucky enough to be served by the wonderful JeQuita, then you’re very lucky indeed! Rarely have I encountered such a kind, enthusiastic fast food employee-certainly a ray of sunshine! They have a limited menu, featuring great burgers. Combos include fries, or for an up charge, onion rings or salad. Salad wasn’t available the day we were there. Fries were okay. Specialized shakes with mix in’s are delicious, and thank goodness for their mid week afternoon happy hour which makes them a little more affordable as their prices are on the higher side.“

“Overall, had a great experience at the sugar factory in the Hard Rock casino, the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the security guards on the casino floor. They were very rude and would not let us go to the restaurant without getting extra verification that we had a table waiting for us, even though I showed them our reservation. “
