The new manager has done outstanding job on this location it is hands down best sonic I ever have eaten at and I've traveled all over place but Aberdeen Ms. Sonic is the best environment and service team and food I give them 5stars. Great job

Done a online order peanut butter shake had little peanut butter in it. My husband chili was cold pitiful customer service. Brought our shakes out with a soda straw when I ask for a milkshake straw she acted like it was a problem.

Pitiful excuse for a sonic. I ordered at 7:05 and didn't receive my food funtil 7:51pm. I ordered ahead of time online and everything. Employees walking around with cigarettes in their mouth and an attitudes. Not to mention messing up my order.

Went for a milk shake sit 15 minutes before anyone would answer the button now remind u I was the only customer when answered they put me on hold then when they came back they asked what did I want i said a chocolate milk shake ok I waited another 10 minutes I decided to back up so i could see inside to see what was going on guess what she was sitting on her butt on the phone she seen me looking at her and guess what she did turned around and kept her back to me. I back up and left I will never make the mistake of going back to another sonic drive inn . They will eventually haft to shut there doors with service like that.
Apparently the limit for milkshakes is 7 because 8 shakes were as runny as chocolate milk. I'd hate to see a shake on a hot day from here. customer service was decent but not great. The wait wasn't even the problem but waiting for a glass of milk instead of shakes was ridiculous

I sat at the stall for 20 minutes after confirming my stall number for the app. I have tried to get someone from the store on the phone but stopped after my 16th try went to voice mail. Your voicemail is full btw. I want a refund for the order I did not get. It was set for 3:25pm the order amount was $6.
