Last Thursday night i went to this Wendy's location i got me some 4 piece chicken nuggets and when i ate the 3th chicken nugget i felt something in my tooth i got the thing out my tooth and it was a chicken bone in MY WENDY'S CHICKEN NUGGETS AND I ALMOST CHOKED.

This Wendy’s in Aberdeen, MS is by far the worst you could go to in the surrounding areas. They are unprofessional, rude and have no respect for their management. They carelessly prepare your food, the presentation is lackluster at best. Communication is sub par when it comes to customer service, engaging with patrons. Everyone is not meant to work in customer service and not one person in that restaurant is qualified, sorry but management included. I have made my last visit to this location, especially after the information I received regarding customers not feeling well after their intake of the food. Now considering that I have only been here during the evenings, I can’t speak on the service in the earlier part of the day, it could be a completely different experience .

From the moment I arrived, I knew this dining experience would be exceptional, thanks in no small part to Charles. His professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for a truly remarkable morning. As soon as I heard his voice over the speaker system, there was an undeniable sense that the service would be impeccable, and it certainly was. Charles not only guided us with expert knowledge of the menu, but also ensured every detail was attended to with care, making our time here feel personal and genuinely enjoyable. His attention to service and ability to anticipate needs created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more memorable. It's rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with a heartfelt approach to hospitality. Charles elevated the experience in a way that I will not soon forget. I am so speechless because the level of unprofessionalism is gruesome. The management talk to the employees like they are the dirt they walk on. I stopped in this morning to get breakfast and witnessed first hand the level of cruelty was taking place. I assume that training new employees is none existent because after asking for help I heard nothing but attitude from the manager. I understand that fast food can be rough, but as an employee at a restaurant myself my managers have professionalism towards their workers. I stood out of view and listened to the level of unprofessionalism and cruelty. I will not be back there nor will allow any of my teenagers to seek employment at this establishment. To give one star is far fetched, but I think the corporation needs to look into this place as a whole. The parking lot was unclean although there was an employee outside maybe sweeping. This place really needs better management and people that are willing to successfully train employees; not figure it out and go on and work attitude.
