From the moment I arrived, I knew this dining experience would be exceptional, thanks in no small part to Charles. His professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for a truly remarkable morning. As soon as I heard his voice over the speaker system, there was an undeniable sense that the service would be impeccable, and it certainly was.
Charles not only guided us with expert knowledge of the menu, but also ensured every detail was attended to with care, making our time here...
I mean it's a fast food restaurant, but have went there in the morning a couple times to go in and eat breakfast and they had the doors locked, the only way to get food was the drive thru so I went to a different Wendy's and their lobby was open and unlocked.
I can say this Wendy’s is above most, the reason for my 3 stars are I don’t understand why I must pay $1.50 for a medium sized drink if I buy one but only get .30 cents credit if I don’t want the drink with the meal. Simply don’t make sense to me.I agree the lady manager at the food window is always great, very friendly and helpful. She’s just a great person !!!
