Rude employees , nasty floors and tables
I purchased a complete meal, with a side of cookies to share with my grandmother from this location about 2hrs ago, on High 15 in Ackerman MS. And when I got home to share it with my grandmother, the food taste TART, the cookies were stale and old. So I called up there to alert them, and this young lady hung up in my face, and LIED and said that she didn't. So I called back and politely let her know of how rude and unprofessional she was, and she still did not care. Instead of her asking my name, or showing any concern, the young lady had a sarcastic mouth and attitude. I got her manager's number, which she proceeded (as usual to cover her tracks) to hurriedly call him first before I could and LIE to him about her hanging up and getting sarcastic with a customer who's throwing up their OLD, TART, GOING BAD FOOD, and STILL SOLD IT. I spoke with her boss, who didn't not seem concerned, and already on her side within seconds of her calling him first. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY RESTAURANT ON HIGHWAY 15 in ACKERMAN. The food is old, but some, not all, of the workers attitudes are DISRESPECTFUL and DISGUSTING. I will be calling corporate.
This particular subway is always clean, efficient and customer service is expeditiously attended to.

I ate there passing through, with my mom, the workers was fast and respectful, giving your options on what you want, and describing the breads you preferred to make your sub with. The place was clean and well kept.

Done with this particular Subway!!!! We had been ordering online orders just about every week. Everytime we would order our order would always have something wrong with it along with stale bread, the employees are always rude!!! We quit getting Subway because the Ackerman one is closer then Starkville and we didn't want to make that drive to Starkville. Well..dumb me gave them the benefit of the doubt tonight because I've really been wanting Subway..as I stated..DUMB ME!! My husband went to pick up..walks in..tells girl who he is picking up for, she proceeds to tell him "over there", like he knew where over there was!!! Said she did that and just sat back down, never greeted him when he came in, nothing and if she was sitting, they were not busy. My sandwich was not right, bread was BAD stale on both of them, mine wasn't even cut in half!! You ask, why did we not get in touch with manager, we have before and it gets really old that every time you order you have to do that. This place needs ALL new staff that knows customer service and how to make a freakin sandwich!!! These sandwiches are not cheap and then to have terrible customer service...never again!! And sure they don't care when they lose business, if they did..I sure would!!! I would give zero stars if it was an option!!!

The worker was training another person and they had a friend in their that was walking around talking pulling his shirt up..not good for a business..no ice in the drink machine..I wasn't happy with this visit..u don't allow people to come in a store pulling their shirt up showing all they have..

Been here 3 different times. Online ordered once picked it up they were very rude. Other time they locked the doors an told me they were closing 3 hours early. Went today at 1:30 to grab something for lunch an the doors were locked an she just looked at me from behind the counter along with 2 Other people sitting at the table eating.( were not employees) not going here again! They do not care about the business just their selves.
She worked her best, but the facility consistently has people working by themselves with a store full of customers waiting. Low stars is not for the service, it's poor
