LOL so, we pulled up to window and asked for a minute to look at the menu. The lady over intercom asked, “Can you go ahead and order?” We then hurried to collect the order and place it. The order taker had to correct the order twice just for a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit with large hash and sweet tea. We pull up to the window to pay and try to hand her a $100. She refused to check or have a manager check and said, “It is still early we don’t have change.” Come on Jacks Team Crew. It is 8:30 AM. Do y’all not have a safe with change? Extremely disappointing, please find staff whom enjoys their job and wants to serve customers with better effort and sense of urgency.

I pulled in to grab a bite to eat to go and leave. The lady was standing outside fixing the sign. I pull up set the brakes in the rocks to the side of the driveway. Get out get almost all the way up to the door and then she wants to tell me that I can’t park there. I’m blocking the driveway, when pulling in, I had to drive around two different trucks that were local that they didn’t say a word to pick and choose who they wanna say something to only thing I can think of is she didn’t see I was white until I got out of the truck she wanted to say something at that point very rude unprofessional and I would be willing to say prejudice

We were greeted by ms Margaret Joe and miss tashyana before we were even all the way in. They were so sweet and helpful and the food came out hot and delicious. We will be back. This place was also spotless even around the drink station. :)

All I can say is, make sure you check your order before leaving drive through. I ordered 2 hearty breakfast plates with no grits. They gave me extra hash browns in place of grits and charged .80 cents to do that. I then ordered 2 large hashbrown . We'll I got home and had no hash browns in the plates which I paid .80 cents for.
My online order is always messed up, or they're out of something and have a hard time fixing the order. Then everyone is standing around, and nobody helps. I do an online order, so it doesn't take an hour while I'm there, but I still have to go inside every time cause something isn't right.

Went to the drive through and ordered our food. The guy on the speaker was nice. Got to the window and two women were gossiping about someone and the food bagger decided to lean on the counter where the food comes out then I was asked to pull forward. I live 20 miles away. On the way home I checked the food, no apple pie that I was asked if I wanted to buy for $1. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. The fries were the best part of the meal even after being smashed by the big burgers. The burgers didn’t taste good and the coke was nasty. First and last time visiting this location. Sad thing is, they weren’t busy!!
