Dear Jack’s Customer Service,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your location. I went through the drive-thru last night and was very disappointed with the level of service I received.
While placing my order, the employee repeatedly asked, “Is that it?” in a rushed and impatient tone, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by ordering. When I received my food, the bag was handed to me in a dismissive manner, and it was missing several items. I even overheard an employee say, “No, he didn’t get that,” in a rude tone when I questioned the mistake.
I had to go inside to show my receipt and prove what I had actually ordered. Thankfully, the issue was corrected, but the overall experience was frustrating and unpleasant.
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, especially in a customer-facing role. A little professionalism and a positive attitude go a long way, and I hope this feedback encourages better service in the future.

LOL so, we pulled up to window and asked for a minute to look at the menu. The lady over intercom asked, “Can you go ahead and order?” We then hurried to collect the order and place it. The order taker had to correct the order twice just for a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit with large hash and sweet tea. We pull up to the window to pay and try to hand her a $100. She refused to check or have a manager check and said, “It is still early we don’t have change.” Come on Jacks Team Crew. It is 8:30 AM. Do y’all not have a safe with change? Extremely disappointing, please find staff whom enjoys their job and wants to serve customers with better effort and sense of urgency.

I pulled in to grab a bite to eat to go and leave. The lady was standing outside fixing the sign. I pull up set the brakes in the rocks to the side of the driveway. Get out get almost all the way up to the door and then she wants to tell me that I can’t park there. I’m blocking the driveway, when pulling in, I had to drive around two different trucks that were local that they didn’t say a word to pick and choose who they wanna say something to only thing I can think of is she didn’t see I was white until I got out of the truck she wanted to say something at that point very rude unprofessional and I would be willing to say prejudice
