This was my first and last time at this location. After 40 plus minutes of waiting for our order I went up and asked where it was. They had not even started on it. When the lady finally brought out our food she asked us if she could do anything for the long wait I asked for a partial refund to only have her walk away.

NEVER bother going inside with a mobile order. I know the drive-through is abnormally long at this location, but at least then you don't have to wait for 25+ minutes as people who come in after you get their food before you do. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food has always been hot! Usually missing something, usually condiments/cheese, staff is mostly friendly, wait times could definitely be better, especially at night after 8 pm but I’m sure not enough staff that late.

Workers on the phone in the lobby on the phone behind the cash register, talking and playing cussing in the back where my kids can hear it if I was a manager or owner of this store I would fire every one of them. I went to the drive-thru yesterday. I had to leave because nobody would answer the drive-thru window. No cars in the parking lot. This store is pathetic
Food is pretty good but get ready to wait a while for it. Be sure and ask for napkins too.

Had a day out with my mom, she specifically asked for no cheese due to a dairy allergy. They gave her EXTRA. I have worked fast food, and I could understand if they had been busy, but they weren’t. You can get better service in Tupelo- and that’s hard.
