The food has always been hot! Usually missing something, usually condiments/cheese, staff is mostly friendly, wait times could definitely be better, especially at night after 8 pm but I’m sure not enough staff that late.
When they first opened I was excited to have new options, especially vegetarian style. The service was good and so was the food. Now you're lucky if you get your food in under 20 minutes and the order is almost always wrong. I have ordered several times and they will either leave off what I added or put on what I took away. They clearly do not pay attention to the order. It is sad but I don't think we will be visiting here much anymore. The last time we visited it took...
Food is great, the people there are very friendly, they know how to have conversations and get our food quick. Very disciplined workers. Very great atmosphere.
