The food was great. The owner was a little rude. He doesn’t greet customers. Sits by the door on his phone. Won’t even acknowledge new paying customers and when he was told we never been there he proceeds to ask have we saw the Facebook page due to us not knowing we couldn’t be seated without reservations when we were told if we got there before 8 we could be seated, and we got there at 7:20. I went to Tier One Lounge with some family for my birthday. The food was great! Our server was amazing, very knowledgeable, and kept our drinks filled. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Make sure you visit them soon!
Great staff, great food, phenomenal experience!!! I can’t wait to go back and experience more: there’s a mood lighting setting they use and a VIP lounge that I also want to try soon! We definitely going back!
