I went through the drive -thru and had the Filet O Fish and a McDouble. They both were hot and fresh and dressed well. Service was fast.

this place is a joke my son worked there and his supervisor Bridget whom I might add is incompetent has run soo many employees off for being a horrible manager, told my son to go home, on the way out he asked to use a phone to call us to pick him up refused and made him walk at night in the cold that is completely unacceptable to do that to an underage child, and when I contacted the owner they made excuses and lies , one which was he left while on break while I get it they are covering for that sorry excuse of a human being, that's fine bc corporate informed us that they have launched an investigation

This is one of the contactless McDonald's, but it was the clean I was on The Verge of passing out and they got my food out to me very fast. The computers were really easy to use. Surprisingly, and like I said, it was very clean. I was very pleased with how the store looked and I felt very comfortable in there. Even though I was shaking

THIS PLACE IS SO MESSED UP. THE SPEAKER CLOSE TO THE BUILDING DONT BEEP IN THE HEAD SET SO ME AND 3 OTHER PEOPLE SAT THERE WAITING FOR THEM TO SAY SOMETHING BUT NOTHING. I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME TO MOVE BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE BEHIND ME. SO I WENT INSIDE AND PLACED AN ORDER AND TOLD IM ASSUMING A MANAGER THAT THE SPEAKER DONT WORK AND SHE SAID YEAH WE KNOW ITS NOT COMING THROUGH THE HEADSET. OK SO OF YOU KNOW THEN YOU NEED TO PIT A CONE UP TO BLOCK IT. I WILL NOT BE BACK. THIS PLACE ALREADY HAS A BAD REPUTATION DUE TO THE MANAGERS I THOUGHT HEY I HAVENT BEEN HERE IN AWHILE LETS GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. BUT HELL NO. DIRTY AND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER..

Ordered online mobile order and wet to pick it up inside as the line was ridiculous. Once I side 5-9 minutes later I was spoken to about my order. The gentleman told me I HAD to go through drive through. A manager intervened and instructed him on how to change it. 15 minutes later I'm told my orders on way. 7 people have ordered behind me to include a Group of young teens. 10 minutes later I look at the app and my orders been cancelled. Nobody has spoken to me about the order or why, so I inquire. I'm just confused as to how Servia can be this mediocre! I just walked out because this was infuriating to spend money and 30 minutes of my lunch bs with these people. Was it my dark skin or my relaxed demeanor that invited you guys to play in my face? Managers do better with your team.

Left out my quarter pounder, 2 apple pies and 2 strawberry pies, 2 sweet n sour sc. went back. They could not speak. Still don’t have my sweet n sour sauce. Pathetic. Y’all actually pay people for this kind of behavior. Mute employee working at McDonald’s D’s????

Slow... takes 20-30 minutes most days to get a happy meal but my son loves McDonald's nuggets. Everyone is polite.

Sat in the drive thru line for nearly 20 minutes waiting to order from the left lane while the right lane consistently received priority. After the 4th order from the right lane and none from the left lane - I abandoned all hope at ordering and simply left the queue. This place is a miserable representation of convenience. McDonald's is neither high quality nor tasty, it's a place to go for quick "food" at the lowest possible price. This location provides none of those things. You can be slow and deliver "quality" but you can't be slow and deliver poor quality.

Never get what I order, service sucks and they never get any of my orders right and don't give me what I pay for

Lobby was dirty, there was trash in the plexi box they usually display cookies. The employee working the counter did not give me a receipt or tell me my order number. When my order was ready, it was just tossed onto the counter with another customer's order. The kitchen I could see from my place at the front counter was dirty with trash on the floor. And it looked like it needed mopping.
