Pizza factory used to have the best salad bar in this area. We ate there last night for the last time. It took over an hour to get our food. I asked the server why it was taking so long to get our food and her response was...we have a bad crew in the kitchen tonight. I asked if there was a manager there and she sent a female with brown hair out to speak with me who said she was lead. This is where the issue begins. This used to be great place to eat, service was sub par a few months back but ate there last night and it took an hour to get a medium pan pizza and a ham and cheese smokestack, it wasn't busy but employees seemed more concerned with being out back goofing off and talking to each other more than concern for customers or orders.

Had the pleasure of trying the best thin crust pizza in the State today! Wonderful salad bar selections, friendly fast service and the best sweet tea ❤️!
