Pizza factory used to have the best salad bar in this area. We ate there last night for the last time. It took over an hour to get our food. I asked the server why it was taking so long to get our food and her response was...we have a bad crew in the kitchen tonight. I asked if there was a manager there and she sent a female with brown hair out to speak with me who said she was lead. This is where the issue begins. I asked her the same question and her response was...it takes time to run a pizza thru the oven. I told her we had dined there on a Saturday night when it was packed and got our food in less time. She proceeded to make excuses about call ins and said they can only cook them as fast as they go thru the oven. I've worked in food service over 20 years ... don't come at me with excuses. I would suggest keeping your employees in the kitchen working instead of out back talking. I would also suggest stopping with excuses to paying customers... learn management skills and fix the problem. The salad bar was a mess...out of items...toppings all mixed up and all over the place. Let me guess...salad bar call ins?? We will not be back. Keep in mind it was Monday night. I counted 6 tables occupied counting us. Ridiculous!

This used to be great place to eat, service was sub par a few months back but ate there last night and it took an hour to get a medium pan pizza and a ham and cheese smokestack, it wasn't busy but employees seemed more concerned with being out back goofing off and talking to each other more than concern for customers or orders.
A few things were out on the salad bar including ham, overall it was a terrible experience and I believe that it the last time we will step through it's door unless there is a management or ownership change then it may be worth a shot to see if it's turned back into a place worth eating.
We are a good distance away so when we are there it was way out of the way so very disappointing to have such an experience.
