I ordered a number one combo, normally they have good quality but they must have gotten to the last of their buns. The top of my bun had two mold spots on it. And my wife's had one, I picked it off and ate it anyways because I don't waste food and I was starving. Be cautious and check your food before consuming.

Apple Maps says they open at 7. So I placed an online order. Got there at 7:23 and there was a worker sitting in her car. At 7:35 she decides to finally walk up to me and tell me they don’t open til 8 and doesn’t know why Apple Maps says 7. If you know it says that, then why not get it fixed? Why let me sit there for over 10 minutes knowing yall aren’t open? I’m pregnant and starving and now I’ll be late for work. 🥹🥹 Also cannot figure out how to get my money back. She said to cancel it on the app when she cancels it in the store but I do not see that option. :)

We take a van load of church kids several times a year down to Tupelo for youth meeting. We use to stop here regularly on the way back to get everyone ice cream. The last 3-4 times, it has gotten worse and worse. After our last time there, we will never go back. They didn't tell us that they were having trouble with the machines until we had to check up on it 3 times and wait 45 minutes outside with a bunch of teens. It finally came out. And the milkshakes tasted bad, and the mixers were melted. They redid one order that was totally wrong and we sat waiting for 10-15 minutes more. I finally pushed the button to speak to someone and the manager said that I was in line like everyone else. I said you guys are the one that messed the order up....I should have been done first thing. The manager brings it out and is just being rude and short with us. The one they redid tasted terrible too. We threw so much ice cream in the garbage that night. People....please never go to this Sonic and let's close this place down. Maybe they will sell it to someone that can do right.

I would give zero stars since they refuse to answer and take an order! Baldwyn MS, Sonic is such a disgrace and disappointment and needs a serve change in management. I d'ont know how they remain open.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SONIC!!! They have all but 3 stalls closed! Not only have they closed ams turned off their lights after I pulled inan pressed the button. Wasn't to mad it was 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. But it's 1:30 in the afternoon and they only have 3 stalls available to order. All the others are turned off or blocked off with no one in the car.
Food and service is great, but not a single stall works and its awful.

Somebody either needs to put a new manager in Baldwyn Sonic or get new team members! Last week I went I placed a mobile order to just sit there for 45 minutes with only 2 other vehicles that pulled up after me to get their food first and me still have to call in to remind them I was outside then to not give me one of my drinks! Today I went being the only car there when I got there I ordered a coney with onions simple right? Yea no onions. Do better.

We stopped the night of 11/5, on our way home from a ball game. Dakota ( night manager I later found out) was there by himself. He was filling orders, and bringing them out all by himself. We had an order on the app, so he let us know our order was already done, and quickly brought it out. We barely had any wait. He was literally running to and from to keep the restaurant moving quickly. I was so impressed with his work ethic, and dedication I used his example to my daughter who was with me. We should all hope to work as hard as Dakota. Sonic- you got a good one!
