This place is getting ridiculous show up and they have a sign hanging on the door saying closing at 7 however it is 8 20 and there are 2 workers in there peaking and hiding I go to open door and its locked. Wait a sec and the girl comes to the door and asks ne if im door dash I said no I am a customer wanting to order tho. She says sorry we closed at 7. Ok if u closed at 7 why do u have a door dash order. This made me arrive at the conclusion they hang the sign so they can basically leave whenever they want to or if they are slow enough they are allowed to leave which in turn makes them hide from customers who show up this has become a big problem here and has happened multiple times or they are out of so called food but u see them make exactly what u ordered for themselfs to take home. once a good subway before owner change now this place is trash

Only thing that bothers me is I do most of my orders online, and when I do they never toast my sandwich! And I mean 9 times out of 10 they don't toast it. Even though it's clearly on the receipt and order. If they woukd just toast someone's sandwich when they order it I would give them 5 stars. And I waited many times before I posted.

Parking: Parking is kind of odd. Your better off parking on the side of the building.

Don't work there they are not truthful and you don't get the hours that you suppose to. You go into work and spend your time getting ready and your gas money to get there just to get sent home as soon as you get there even with your name on the schedule. They need better management so this doesn't happen again to someone else.

Out of all my years of ordering subway this was the worst ever in Baldwyn!! I ordered from the app well I had special instructions and not to mention this is twice I ordered and had problems both times with the manager up there she won’t give a name but she is rude!! My sandwiches wasn’t toasted when on the app it says toast and one of the sandwiches was cold I live right down the road it was never warm and the only reason the other sandwich was the slightest because the meatballs came pre warm I asked for extra black olives I called because there was just a few on there she said she don’t do extra black olives only allowed to do 12 I’m like that’s the first I heard I’ve always ordered from booneville I just moved here and both times I’ve had problems with my sandwich but she hung up on me when I was trying to explain to her and I called back and said that was rude she said well your bothering me and I got a customer I said I’m a customer too that has an issue you could of told me too hang on a second I would’ve understand and I told her I’ve worked in management for fast food and even waitressing for years and that was unacceptable I asked for the owner or corporate number she refused and asked I was asking for her name she hung up so hopefully the owner will see this and catch a name she was rude towards me and my husband. It might be just a sandwich but I do want what I ordered. If I could give negative stars I really would. Subway is really my only restaurant i will eat at. I have to drive an extra 20 minutes now just to get my subway because of rudeness unless better management gets in there. Just advice if you don’t like your job then find another. And I really hope she sees this. And something is done. I wouldn’t of came to google if actions at the store was took correctly.

After standing in the line for 15 minutes due to the rude cashier girl running her mouth another woman who was completely done paying for her food this lady see’s the line have 6-8 ppl waiting to be served on our lunch break she still didn’t help the other 2 lady’s until the girl left fast forward my turn I felt so outta place how I was treated she needs to be fired she over charged me before the young lady was done with my not one time asked me are the girl what I had I paid $14.35 protein, bowl salad than turned was charged $3.00 more cut ignored me when she realized that I paid attention to my prices and talk over me and acted like I was gone run off are broke I was late coming back from my lunch thanks to her thinking was gone charge me the same 14.35 twice I didn’t have time to ask to speak a manager after I looked at the time ever subway I frequent I get that same thing I no the price with no hesitation I advise if u
