I was in town for the Watermelon Festival and after the festival one night I stopped at this restaurant. The ladies at the window were friendly to me but the cook must have been extremely mad at me for coming right before they closed because my burger was cold as ice, my bun was hard as a rock and I asked them to put ketchup and mustard on it and there was so much on it that I had to get several napkins and wipe it all off which got all over me, my shirt and my car. This was an EXTREME amount of mustard and ketchup and the burger was not edible the way they served it to me. I stopped at the dollar general across the street and had to buy a pack of buns and I heated the patty up in my motel room and used a fresh bun because i was absolutely starving after working the festival all day. I will never ever visit one of these restaurants again and I thank the good Lord that we don't have them in North Ms so I dont ever have to see another one of these horrible burgers again.

We consider this the best Wards in our area. They have great pancake breakfast and good burgers and great fries. The cashiers know their job and the cooks are very experienced.

This Wards is good. It's in the middle of nowhere but it's clean, friendly, and has decent meals. The food is a bit oily but that's to be expected when consuming anything with chilli. I'm a fan. And will definitely visit again.

I really wish they would shut this one down and open up something else. The worse customer service ever. I’ve been there several times because it’s really the only option I have on my route and I have yet been able to get my food due to always being put on hold while employees do nothing.the wait is way to long for a fast food restaurant with only a few customers at a time. This restaurant is a huge waste of time. Do not stop here
